We had an excellent experience with…

We had an excellent experience with Blinds To Go. The store manager Adjava was extremely experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. Purchasing blinds for 27 windows could have been overwhelming, but she made the experience smooth, pleasant, and completely stress-free.

She went above and beyond to help coordinate an expedited delivery, which was very important to us and greatly appreciated. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. We are very happy with both the service and the overall experience, and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for window treatments.

I ordered a curtain rod last year…

I ordered a curtain rod last year October 2025. When I went to pick it up in January 2026, I discovered it had the wrong finials. I spoke with a customer rep during pick up and they assured me they would order the correct finials. Since then, I have spoken with 2 different reps and their manager all promising to order the finials and have yet to receive. I now have a rod without finials so I can't put it up since the original finials I was asked to leave at the store. It's been almost 6 months since my order and this is still not resolved. It's unfortunate as I had blinds for my whole house done previously with no issue. I would be hesitant to do business with them again.

The shades were not made long enough

The shades were not made long enough. They hang just above the window sill with a slight gap between the shade and the window. Because my windows are uneven, the shades look uneven. If the shades had been made just a bit longer -- so that they hung just below the top of the sill, there would be no gap and the shades would not look uneven. The salesperson, Marco, was very nice and accommodating. Nevertheless, i'm stuck with these shades.

The second time I ordered from BTG

The second time I ordered from BTG, the box was damaged on the end and the hardware was missing. Customer service said, he could mail it or I could go to a local BTG store. I went to the store twice. The first time they gave me the incorrect hardware. When I went back, it turned out, they didn’t have the correct hardware. So I had to have it mailed anyway. I suggest the stores keep sufficient hardware or don’t refer people to go there for hardware,

Not so satisfied.

Not sure how to respond to your message, so I am just editing this review to add my order number - 276193.

Most of our blinds are not straight and we've had a wand that has been broken for a while, and we are missing a plastic piece to be able to reattach the new wand to the window. Repeatedly this piece has not come with the wands, and we can not turn the blinds open on this blind.

Quick restrung shades.

Needed to have fabric shades restrung. They are a Next Day Blinds product. Was very happy when I learned that Blinds to Go would handle the project. The price was higher than expected but less expensive than getting new shades. The turnaround time was outstanding. I left them at the showroom on a Tuesday and picked them up restrung on Friday. Really great turnaround.
