Disappointed with service. Bought shades for a large window that consisted of 3 sections. When installer came the first time to install he found 2 of the shades were manufactured incorrectly They had to be redone which took 2 weeks. The second installation trip the installer could only install 2 of the shades because the 3rd shade was missing a bracket. This was a house warming gift for my daughter and we are extremely disappointed with the service. It has been more than a month and the shades installation is still not completed. We’ve used blinds to go for our home several times and had no issues. This entire process has drawn out and at this point and is unacceptable. We are extremely unpleased with the service provided by Blinds to Go and there should be a discount issued.

Staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

We found Tameka at the Bridgewater store extremely helpful and knowledgable. She gave us the best price possible, exactly what we were looking for and the delivery date was as promised. Shortly after installation, one of the blinds malfunctioned and as the lifetime guarantee promised, it was replaced free of charge days later. I'm sending my daughter to see Tameka as she is moving and needs to purchase a whole house of blinds!

Very professional & informed me before purchase of extended delivery time due to covid.

The directions to hang the blinds are not clear. There is a very small lip on one side that goes against the window. If you have them the wrong way and try to snap them in the brackets scratch the whole bar. One of our blinds bar came completely scratched. For how much you pay for these, they should be in perfect shape and directions should be more clear. I left two voicemails where we ordered them and no call back. I escalated to blindstogo Corp and they said they would contact the place I ordered from and still nothing. It’s been months.

The shopping experience was excellent as was the installation. The blinds themselves were not a satisfying purchase. The cords are almost strings not substantial and I regret not purchasing the cordless version. The cords attract children and are not easily manipulated.

Installer was great. Efficient. Cleaned up.

The tape on the blinds is already starting to unravel.

I bought two blinds with one header and they are not exactly even across.

There are three rows of tape instead of two like on my wood blinds the exact same size.

Donovan was super helpful both over the phone and then when meeting in person. He was very thorough and made sure I was choosing exactly what I wanted and needed for my budget. Mike, the installer, was very friendly and quickly in and out to get the job done. My blinds were delayed a few days and the store did not hesitate to honor a better sale that had been going on at the time and adjusted my price accordingly. Not to mention, the total price ended up being half the amount another local blind store wanted for what I needed. All around great experience. Will definitely use the company again in the future. Thank you!

Blinds To Go did exactly what they said they would, from Sales to install. The installation was quick and easy. The Installer himself helped me fix another shade I was having an issue with. All good!

Ari was great! She was very helpful, provided different options and samples and even addressed concerns to make sure I would be happy with the purchase.

Well made, beautiful, great service at the Bridgewater location.

I brought the sample that I was given when my panels arrived - which took 11wks to come in. My sample was lighter than what I had received - they were darker -but salesperson said it's the color that you ordered. I took them not wanting to wait another 11 weeks - they are new & clean so that's the upside

We needed a bit of fixing on a few of our blinds that have a lifetime guarantee, which is amazing... The blinds were fixed correctly and quicker than I ever could have expected. They were all back within 1-3 days (they weren't all brought to the store for repair at the same time.)! BlindsToGo stands by their product 100% without question. :)

This one star is for the installer. He was fast, courteous and efficient. Two of my four window treatments were damaged coming right out of the boxes. This was a $1600 order. I waited 4 months for them to arrive and then had to wait again for new ones.
Maybe they should call this sale “Buy One, Get One Broken.” The manager of the store did return my call and apologized, but he only sold them. He didn’t make them.
