Love the blinds but we had a really difficult time getting the end with the roller mechanism into the bracket. The push pin end was fine. We finally resorted to putting the blind into the bracket and then carefully screwing the bracket to the frame. No ideal, but our o luck option after several hours of trying to do it the correct way.

Verbal pricing promises were not kept. The blinds themselves are fine but all of them came in too long so the zebra panels barely line up when closed.

Your staff specially from Middle Eastern origin needs to get a crash course in Customer service your product the one i bought compared to your competitors is inferior in quality or may be i was not given a choice of products. Overall not a good experience

Hello,
I would like to start with saying the lady that sold us our blinds at the Windsor location was very nice to us and I have nothing negative to write about that experience. However , when my husband picked up both of our blinds in the boxes and came home there was two missing pieces in the one box so when he went back to the store they offered him something that looked like cardboard in replacement to this missing piece. He then called the head office and they said they would call him back after they reviewed and spoke to their manager. They never ended up calling back but instead a week later we got a $25 credit off of $500, which in my opinion is a slap in the face. We have bought both of our blinds upstairs and downstairs off of you guys and it really is sad that we only got $25 back. Not to mention when we looked at the box they came in it said that anyone automatically will for a $40 credit if there’s something missing or wrong with the purchase.

Blinds ordered and completely paid for mid-September 2020, with a request for installation. Blinds received by store mid-October. Blinds are currently in the possession of the installer, apparently, and have yet to be installed, as of mid-December. Despite numerous contacts, both with the store and the installer, I do not know where I stand in terms of installation. Communication from the store has been very poor, except to apologize and tell me that the installer is very busy. I should not have to work this hard to receive something that has been paid for. I have previously been very happy with Blinds to Go, but this has been disheartening, to say the least.

Our order was not right, and we had to wait for several weeks to get the correct blind, and then e had to go pick it up, it was not delivered to us. We like the blinds but had driving over an hour to pick up an order they messed up wasn’t right.

We are more than pleased with our new verticals from Blinds to Go in Windsor, Ontario. Jolanta was extremely helpful when we were choosing and ordering our blinds. As well, we appreciated the way she communicated with us and kept us informed about the progress of our order. She was friendly and professional at all times. Matthew did an awesome job of installing the verticals. Should we need more window coverings at any point, we will certainly visit Blinds to Go. We will also recommend your store to our family and friends.

Order placed September 9, told 40 days. 40 days came and went, go online it says October 29 (50 days), nov 1 comes no blinds. Several phone calls and emails, now it’s going to be nov 13. Order finally shows up, one window missing (14 shutters in total). They reorder that, finallly install guy coming dec 13 ( more than 90 days after my order) and one shutter is broken. So now I have to wait more for that to be reordered. Not ok!! The ladies at the store are very nice though
