Good product good pricing. Terrible warranty procedures.
The product was produced and delivered on time as scheduled. I am very satisfied with the quality and pricing however on of the roller blinds was a bit too tight and does not go up and down freely. I contacted the location where I purchased and I was informed by an associate that in order to utilize the lifetime warranty, I would have to uninstall the blind and return it to the store. This I find very inconvenient, so I have decided to skip the inconvenience of uninstalling and continue using the blind as this is the lesser of the two evils.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear about the issue. Was the blind installed by you or by one of our installers? We do have the shades come back to the store to be fixed because it is much more efficient to fix a shade as is if we can rather than make a whole new blind and be more wasteful of materials. The shade should pop out of the bracket easily and we can provide a temporary shade in the meantime while it is being fixed as well. Let us know if we can help in any way - we are here to help!

Several things went wrong with my order…
Several things went wrong with my order delivery took about 10 weeks. The store employee recorded my measurements in the wrong order which resulted in my blinds not fitting which meant I had to buy a new blind and pay even more money for my over priced blinds

I TOOK MY OWN MEASUREMENTS BUT HAD AN INSTALLER COME IN. ORDER CAME BEFORE THE APPROX DATE SUGGESTED.
WAITED A BIT FOR THE INSTALLATION,BUT ALL GOOD, BLINDS LOOK GREAT ,HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS ALL IN ALL.

Lifetime Guarantee is real
The retraction mechanism in one of our blinds stopped working. I de-installed it and took it to the store where they told me that it would be fixed within about 5 days. When I picked it up, I realized that they had replaced both of the mechanisms with more robust versions which hopefully will continue to provide (several more) years of service. No charge, of course. It's hard to even imagine a better result.

Don’t go anywhere else
The delivery timeline was a little long but at the time of purchase we were told the date they would arrive and they were bang on.So professionality and honesty were one of the reasons we purchased our blinds and they came without a scratch.Thank you to to all the employees involved and we will be purchasing again in the future.

Experience with blinds to go has been good. One place with lot many choices. Prices are reasonable but can’t call them very competitive. In nutshell, so far so good. Now it all depends with the after sale service, which is the core plus point of any seller.
