The service is good until the purchase, but they don't stand behind the product afterwards.

Yeah the product is better than I expected and easy to be used

Great, abundant source of sound effects. They really gave my video the "pop" it needed to stand out. I've noticed better retention rates with my viewers after using blindsuk products. Great quality and value. 10/10- or 5/5 according to the rating system lol.

I've had a great exchange with the customer support to help me navigate through the packs. I truly recommend it !

I downloaded two of their bundles using a discount code that was supposed to give 40% off, but the code wasn’t applied. I contacted support within five minutes of the purchase to either cancel the order or adjust the price, but they refused to help.

On top of that, the bundles are incomplete. In the sound bundles, there are no files in the “bass drop” folder - which was the main reason I made the purchase in the first place.

With both poor customer support and an incomplete product, I wouldn’t risk buying from them again.

I've used their products in an abundance of my videos. Their film leaders transitions pack has helped carried my sports media transitions for about 5 years now.

These transitions are not as advertised on their instagram. They are so beginner, and they suck overall. Please do not waste your time and money

Definitely appreciate the work done on the large library. But with having a large library, comes the task of requiring a "search" or "catalog" feature in order to access (or even remember) that you have a certain asset. So a few suggestions:

1. develop a download hub with search functionality rather than having the customer download all files.
2. if the "download all" option is the current extent, then create a naming convention that optimizes utilizing the OS file search feature.

Having the user download all is a very tedious process, and having it come from a Google Drive is very sus, especially coming from a professional / consumer product. Again, the solution is developing a download center or content hub that is specifically branded to your product will help legitimize the product.

You need a notification stating that 200+ GB of space is required to download the entire library.

Still, I very much appreciate the work done on making these assets very easy to use. These are just a few critiques I have (if it's not clear, I'm a product designer, hence the specific UX driven suggestions)
