never received my order, sent me a new tracking number and said it wasnt found. when i mentioned a refund i got no reply

Ordered a 20 inch 200% density HD lace wig. The sent a 12inch thin wig and the lace was cream!! Sent it back they said it wasn’t the wig they sent and refused to refund me!!

When I got my package it was soiled and my hair had a rotten egg smell after washing the smell would not go away. Tried messaging the company and they never responded and I kept messaging and nothing. Very unprofessional and scam like behavior. They are the worst. Company and not to mention the hair was super thin and was not human hair at all and everything that was supposed to come in my package did not come in there.

If there is a minus star i would not hesitate to put it this TIKTOK store is A BIG SCAM, the hair isn’t 100 human hair. I returned it and never get my Refund back or the 30$ compensation that they offered to me after deleting my honest review. Please ladies save your money and never deal with store again BLING HAIR FACTORY STORE

The wig was a different colour than advertised for a start. I ordered 20 inches in length. The hair was fine BUT once the length got to 14 inches the remainder of the hair was thinner than the rest and looked like scraggly rat tails. You don’t get what you order and I was so upset as I am losing all my hair. The place is a joke.

I will not be ordering from them. I have a cousin that order from them and got a wig that was a mess I couldn’t believe they sent her that wig. It was garbage can ready. I heard all bad things. Then they also refuse to refund your money back. I also found out that some of the reviews are fake. Please people don’t order from them. You’re will be very dissatisfied. PERIOD

i order through shein they still haven’t sent out a package soon as canceling it wasn’t a option they text my phone automatically weird no one ever from shein texted my phone they say oh we don’t have it can we send something else in stead um no . they proceed to make no sense i’ve be writing shein about it they scamming too . then it still say processing so how y’all can’t cancel something that ain’t even been shipped lmao 🤣 bull crap thieves

Please do not order from this company. You will regret ….. trying to get my money back now is a problem. The hair was not what was advertised. I ordered 28 inch and they sent 20 inch . The density was supposed to be 250 they sent 180 . Now i am trying to get refund but they are refusing to cooperate.

They are scammers.

I ordered wigs that total around £500 last year October bit were never delivered.

They keep saying that the wigs were delivered but fail to provide proof of evidence of where they delivered the hair to.

Do not spend your hard worked money on these people

EDIT post response from this business: They gave me the wrong numbers that do not go through, to this day, I have never spoken to that agent of theirs because the numbers do not go through. Then they asked me to pay a further £20 for that ghost agent to clear the package, this is over and above the express shipping I paid this business to have my package delivered. The last communication I had with his seller was when I asked them for proof of delivery and they never responded to me.

They are liars and are scammers. Be very careful!

As they are refusing to give me my money back, I will be seeking assistance from international affairs to hopefully have this business not ship to the UK.

I will order from them again. The hair was beautiful, the cap was made very well. I just needed the hair to be thicker though to the ends. I had order the 30 wig.

This hair and the lace is really good. And it's already pre-plucked which is a bonus and I didn't have to bleach the knots. Only downside about this hair is that it was not as thick as what I expected.

This wig had its pros and cons. First the lace is EVERYTHING melted and blended well. Its very soft, no shedding, no smell. However, I waited 10 days before I received the wig and and it holds no curls really. I would probably order again because the wig is cute.

This wig came pre plucked& bleached. It's so soft the texture feels like great quality human hair. It's silky and ready to wear. Can't believe I found it so affordable. This seller never disappoints Don't hesitate just buy ladies.

Absolutely the worst wig company. Wigs are horrible quality and look nothing like the picture. Trust me do not purchase from this company. I purchased three wigs and used the pay later option and set up installment payments. Which only made it harder to TRY and get a refund. After making a purchase for $1200 dollars the wigs came a few weeks later and were so horrible looking. The silver wig I received was gray, and not even light gray but dark dark gray. The ash blonde with highlights wig came in an orange hue with yellowish highlights and the last one wasn’t horrible, it was supposed to be a cool light blonde wig but came yellow, which I ended up toning and it looked a little better, except the cap size was huge and I had ordered the middle size. So I contacted customer service by WhatsApp which was a huge red flag in itself and messaged my concerns and my wanting to return 2 of the 3 wigs. I got a message a few days later asking for pictures, which I sent along with pics of the wigs sent. I got messaged back again and I was offered $75!!!! Which of course I declined and showed them screenshots of their supposed return policy. They in turn sent a million and one excuses, so I reached out to payment company and after submitting all the pics and WhatsApp dialogue they declined to refund me. If I could submit pics of these awful looking wigs and WhatsApp conversations u would be horrified. Worst company I have ever done business with.

They are scammers, I ordered a wig in June that was supposed to be glueless and cut in layers, with a reddish brown color because I have no knowledge of wigs so I wanted something easy to install that matches my color tone. What a surprise when I received a wig that did not look at all like the image featured on the site. The wig is neither glueless nor properly layered and the worst part is that the hair quality is CATASTROPHIC, I have never seen anything like it! I wrote numerous emails to get a refund with evidence attached. They refunded me 28 euros out of more than 200 euros only to charge me a few days later, scandalous! They also advised me to go to "my local hairdresser" to fix my problem... LUDICROUS! Everyone who saw my wig agreed on one thing: the quality is extremely poor, it is not glueless and not properly cut in the so-called "layers". I am angry because I have been asking for a full refund for a month with proof, I had to spend additional money at hair salons to fix a problem that is unsolvable and this is unacceptable!!!! REFUND ME and NEVER buy from this site, it's better to order from Ali Express or Amazon.

I ordered a lace wig which they advertised as WHITE. It is a 613...they want me to pay 50.00 or more to send to China...I have klarna working with me on this..the hair is crappy

I recieved some money back not all as I sent them a seperate payment to change the wig for a longer one at the time I placed the order, then it was another £20 for postage so I lost about £50 keep your free gift also as they act like they don't get your package back anyway even tho we have the evidence to say it is back in China. Payed for 180% density and 50cm length. Received 150% density and 40cm hair!! Back and forth woth costumer service promisse you things like sending 180% then no response and then it starts over again they need to ask for compensation. Never ever again!!
