Auto renews subscription with no…

Auto renews subscription with no warning and then it is impossible to contact anyone on their website . Emails bounce back, no chat to get any help. Don’t subscribe unless you want to stay with them forever! Such poor customer service

Avoid something is not right

I haven't used blinkist for almost a year and today they have charged me £159.99 for an auto renewal but their support email address is not accepting emails and I can't find another way of contacting them. 26/01 someone finally made contact and resolved the issue

Installed the App because I saw it…

Installed the App because I saw it advertised in a newspaper I respect. Immediately apparent this is a hard sell, mostly of self help books in online précis form. The suggested titles bear no relation to the interests I entered on the app. So for ££ all that's on offer is "to do lists" based on mediocre self help guides. Just an opinion. But the TP reviews are dominated by angry customers caught out by auto-renewal, and disappointment with the product, so it's a no from me. App uninstalled.

Very personal and expert help.

When I signed up I made mistakes-some were typing errors and a few computer errors. I am not an IT type person. I finally reached out and Jean came to my rescue. We started slowly to work the problem. Her emails were very good in explaining what was the problem and “how” to respond on my end. Jean’s help was invaluable. Now I am up and running and utilize Blinkist frequently.

Become a better professional and human being by gaining more knowledge in bite-sized chunks.

To me, the best app for tackling my book backlog in a short time. It's a way of using my time the best possible way, either when waiting, commuting or traveling by plane.

Do yourself a favour and become a Blinkist. I'm sure you'll continue to expand your knowledge, becoming a better professional and a better human being.

Downloads stopped working after two days

Downloads stopped working after having the app for less than two days. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app, thereby losing all previous downloads. Poor early impression.

Great customer service!

I love the concept of the app and have enjoyed the content so far. What I really appreciate, though, is that Jean and Lewis helped troubleshoot a problem I was having with linking my email to the subscription in order to access the content I paid for. It was several emails back and forth but they got to the bottom of it and stayed pleasant and helpful the whole time. We need more personal and kind service like that in the world. Thank you!

Customer Service…
