Unresponsive to emails sent to customer support email.

The platform looks great worked for me, even though the selection of books might be limited to the lesser known authors... problem is that they constantly (daily or more) ask you to sign up again and again. They will accept double orders or more from same person, so no work ethics!

This is a scam desperate company trying to lure new users with a free trial. However it is almost impossible to cancel the subscription which they ignore. Stay Away!

I appreciate the platform and the quality of the summaries and content, but I'm disappointed with the sales practices.

I frequently receive emails promoting 60%-80% discounts for Pro, but when I click through, the discount drops to just 20%.

I reached out to clarify whether the advertised discount applies but received no response. Despite this, the promotional emails continue daily.

While I value the platform, I can't support deceptive advertising, and I’ve decided not to renew because of it.

The misunderstanding was later figured out and I got the app to work ! Horrible experience! I subscribed to the app after a great review on BBC. I got an offer for 51.99 instead of 79.99 online, I tried to access it from the web and then downloaded the app as well! Plenty of issues with accessing the app for couple of days then I get an invoice for 79,99 taken from my Apple account! Lucky that the 51.99 didn’t also go through as well. So paid 79,99 no access on the app blinks anymore! I requested a refund they told me to ask Apple/ITunes for it! And they keep saying my payment for 51,99 didn’t go through ! I explained they charged me already once for 79,99 on my Apple account! Chats going on for more than a week on emails every day! I don’t just dislike it I hate this now and have wasted a lot of time to explain and asked my money back no resolution yet ! Be careful if you make an account from web and one from the app or you have the issue As they will charge you twice !!!!
