Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience. I ordered an item that turned out to be incorrect due to their mistake, not mine (the frame was different than the one I ordered). When I reached out for a solution, they initially said the item couldn't be returned, but later promised to check and resolve the issue. However, after that, they completely disappeared and failed to provide any follow-up or resolution. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I expected better, especially when the error was on their part. I would not recommend buying from them. Waste of Money
