Upon placing an order, you received confirmation of the expected fulfilment time which includes the carrier time; production times are available on the website for review before placing your order. Once the order is placed, our team sends the expected delivery date for all items in the order. Products arrive in separate shipments as they are produced on-demand with varying production times. I see that one item was shipped and delivered, while the others are pending shipment. We also send shipment notices which include tracking information and packing slip showing which item(s) are in that shipment. In this case we expect all items to arrive to you by 10/14, as per the initial notification, and will send further updates when the other items in your order are shipped. Good merchandise options but logistics needs work. The quality of the merchandise and the detail in which it is described is good. The process of registering was a bit complicated with several messages back and forth and some confusion, and the delivery of the products was not clearly defined at time of order and took a while.

The product feels very cheap and I'm having a hard time trusting its reliability. Attempting to charge my iPhone 15Pm with the battery only provided about 10-15% charge from a freshly/fully charged pack. The alignment of the pleather flap on the back is not centered and the flap itself has a magnet that's too weak and barely holds onto itself.
