Great customer service
We needed our projects completed within a short timeframe and the staff at Blinkswag did their very best to accommodate. Their response time to both requests and questions were impressive. The final product was made as designed with great quality. We will definitely use them for future items.

At first I thought I was going to have a problem. I received that wrong item. It wasn’t even usable. It had a logo on it that didn’t make sense. I was contacted by someone and to my surprise, I received the new item by Christmas and was refunded. Excellent customer service.

I am trying to contact someone to return the leggings I bought for my team. they are see through and have white misprints on them. definitely not what I expected for 44$ each.
UPDATE. they called me and explained the material and are working on a refund. It was very respectable of them.

the blink swag website is terrible constantly crashes and loses everything you've added to cart not at all user friendly and needs major improvement. customer service is terrible unless I go through our rep with motto. overall my experience with blink swag has been abysmal. hoping for improvement in the future

Order was wrong
I had ordered 2 mediums. When I received my package I had 1 medium and 1 small. Not sure how the order got switched to a small.

Shipping costs are ridiculous for what you get
I placed an order several weeks ago on 7/29. I paid $22 for shipping and my order shipped in 3 separate shipments. I still don't have 2 of the items from my order, apparently those are coming from overseas (which I would NOT have ordered had I know these were not coming from a US based company). Its been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order. I think for $22 in shipping costs, the items should all be here by now.
