My order arrived HALF packed thus unpacked portion was damaged, and if components for assembly were included, they were completely missing.

Thanks for the terrific "Shark APEX DuoClean Bagless Pet Handheld Stick Vacuum". The product arrived quickly in great condition. The price was reasonable, and the vac works great.
The corded vacuum is lightweight and easy to use. It has great suction. Filter maintenance is easy, and we like the easy dump system of the canister.
Some people may not like the fact that vacuum does not stand up by itself when vacuuming floors. (Like my previous vac.) You must lay it down or against something when moving furniture. We do not have a problem with this and like the fact that the Shark is lighter. In part because it does not have these mechanisms to keep it upright.

Got slightly used Samsung galaxy buds for an amazing price but they came with the wrong ear tips that would not let them fit inside the case. I emailed customer service and within 1 minute they responded and gave me some of my money back. Great place to buy used items and great customer service.

Bait and Switch.

Bought a new Lenovo PC for Xmas. Came factory sealed, finally hooked it up today.

Login screen came up with a PHOTO of a couple that owned it first! On top of that, it's PASSWORD PROTECTED, so unusable by anyone else.

Box had LENOVO branded tape sealing it, fooled me until I hooked it up.

Contacted them (a nightmare, they have no phone number) and they didn't apologize, didn't offer "to make it right" like their website says. In fact, they told me via email that "it's outside of 30 days, we won't help you".

I bought the PC around Black Friday as a Xmas gift as a NEW item.

They sold me a used, locked PC.

I call that FRAUD. Protect Yourselves, this outfit is crooked.
