Easy to use, comprehensive, thorough and very informative report. The use of AI images showing possible potential of certain areas was also nice to have. Most importantly, it covered the main and key points.

Very nice app with accurate depiction of the true valuation of a property. Before and after AI images also help you visualise what future renovations might look like. It also gives you the status of the house from the pictures. Couple of things to note - Zoopla is not yet supported and you need to pay for each and every property you run the report on. A bundled discount will help customer retention.
