Scam. They overcharged me and have shut down their email account. Product did arrive

Awful….ordered 2 pair of sunglasses which were described as aviators which didn’t pull hair out when put on top of head….total wrong glasses received…offered a full refund when I complained…never happened…email now doesn’t exist …product put in bin….DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Took 6 weeks to arrive, overcharged in the beginning and product was tiny, nothing like in the video.
Will not buy from this company again.

I ordered 2 cups. The shipping time was longer than expected as it came from China.
This was lost in transit so they agreed to ship again. When it eventually arrived it was wrong due to a mis-print.
I requested a refund but was told I could keep it and they would give me £5 back. I refused as this was a present for somebody and again asked for a full refund - they offered me a £7 refund! Again I refused as I paid more than double this. They then requested I packaged it back up and send it back to China for a full refund knowing that would cost too much.
Still no reply and stuck with cups which aren’t funny because they’re printed wrong.
Definitely avoid this scam.

I bought a MagSafe wireless charger.
First of all it was advertised at £14 but I was charged £17.
Secondly when the item turned up I fully charged the battery pack and when I used it, it only charged my phone to 38% before it needed to be charged again. I tried it for a second time and same thing. The advert stated it would fully charge and still have charge left in it.
I contacted customer services to return the item as it’s faulty and all they will off is £5 compensation and for me to keep the item.
I don’t want it. It is not fit for purpose. I have sent photos of their web site that states full refund on faulty items. They will not respond or answer my question about this statement.
TOTAL SCAMMERS…AVOID AT ALL COST.

Selling over priced shoddy goods. Can't send goods back ,as they come from China and it's too expensive to send back . Having said that, this company would not return your money anyway . On the plus side, their flip flops sales seems to be doing well !!!!!

This place absolutely scam!
I've ordered realistic dog and got a rubbish.
It was nothing that described on they site in every way!
Don't ever buy stuff from that place as you will never ge your money back!
If I can give 0 star I would.

This is uk base website but you will be charge overseas payment transaction fees. the cost will be higher as the order is coming from China..

I ordered from this company and have not received my order and they said they were refunding me and they have blocked my email now .
This is a scam company.

So glad I paid via PayPal coz I got my money back after this scam company deceivingly sold me cheap knock off products for 10 times the price. Be warned.

Sent completely the wrong items! After waiting 6 wks for the delivery-& 10 days stuck in Edinburgh?! (I only purchased as said from the UK & wanted this quirky gift!)

Got my money back by my bank ,(that's my insurance)

I paid over £20 for some lights which arrived damaged and broken. They wanted me to return them and once received would refund me £3. I explained I was not going to do that and they simply refused to provide any other option. Such a scam!

Well I've been totally ripped of by this "company" Ordered 30/01/2025 and now has of the 15/03/2025 I still haven't received my mugs. I've asked for a refund multiple times and all I get back is the same shipping details which are utter rubbish. They never mention giving me a refund so I've now started the claim for my payment back via the payment company.

Bogus tracking updates showing my item coming from USA Thought I was ordering from UK. I complained about the time it was taking and they sent tracking info showing it’s coming from China.
Still not arrived after 5 weeks.

EDITED:
The mugs have now arrived. They’re almost 2 months late but they’ve arrived and they’re cute. They’re not the exact same but a good replica. They’re a flat white size which is alright for me.

Ordered on the 3rd Feb, it's been sat at a postcode in Edinburgh for the last 10 days, clearly a scam, just emailed me back to say they'd resent the order for the inconvenience but sent me an already shipped tracking order from the 11th March, clearly not mine.
That's £30 I won't get back. Well done for making a lot of money from a clearly very successful scam, idiots.

Ordered a mug for someone's birthday. It's been 5 weeks and apparent been shipped from USA. No sign of it. Scam

Absolutely appalling- would prefer to give zero stars. Disco light took almost 5 weeks to arrive. Then the light didn’t even work & gave me an electric shock when I unplugged it. Complained to customer services, received no apology or refund, & they are now not answering my emails. Shocking. Do not use.

Absolutely shocking customer service - no reply to emails, they just bounce back. A sweary mug that will never arrive and no chance of a refund. Do not touch these con artists with a barge pole - save your cash.

Annoyed at myself for not reading reviews before buying.

Ordered in November. Still not arrived. I contacted the company to find out there was a problem with the delivery. Their solution is either to send a replacement product for which I would incur an additional charge or to refund me a fraction of what I paid.

No sensible resolution likely.

Avoid this company.
