Untrustworthy
I've never seen a rubbish and unprofessionalism people and a company like Bliss flight. Its like a one man show. No other person can you talk to except Cooper. He's on the sales team, accounting department, customer service department. They will rip you off your money when they know you've committed yourself by paying your deposit if you are paying instalments. I will advise anyone not to use this company because they are not trustworthy and genuine company especially if you are first customers. See how quick you've responded knowing that what you did from the beginning of the whole payment from January after quoting me for 3569.24 for four but later wanted to charge over 4000 in April after I've committed myself. Well as I said, if you are a first customer I suggest don't go with this company because they will rip you off your money after depositing with them.

This is absolutely misleading and wrong what you have written in your review, we issued your flight tickets to Accra with BA on £520 credit payment and sent you e-tickets in April this year. You promised us that you will pay us the £520 in May and we trusted you that you will keep your word but unfortunately you stopped replying to our emails and you started making excesses that you lost your job and can't make the payment. We still believed in what you were saying and never cancelled your tickets to recover our funds. finally it was your wife who paid us in three more instalments and completed £520. you guys completed the full payment on 15th August and your original travel date was 03 Aug this year which means you completed the payment after you had traveled. You acknowledged yourself on the call with us that no other company would've done this for you and you thanked us that we helped you secure your tickets to avoid any increase in the fare.
I am sorry to say but this is really disappointing coming from you after all that we have done for you .

Bliss Flights is efficient, accessible and their prices are quite reasonable. Also, their customer services is 100percent. My encounter when I needed to extend stay in Nigeria and change my return ticket was a good one because I got the best support ever. I was given full concentration until I got a fare deal.
