My husband contacted them, they called and confirmed a date for a quote and did not turn up or even call to say they were not coming. Pretty poor

I was under a tight deadline to get the fixtures I needed for our bathroom. The staff went out of their way to expedite the delivery and kept me informed at every step. These are really nice folks.
Everything arrived and was perfect for my order. Pricing was very competitive too!

Overall good. A couple of snags, but they were dealt with in a timescale I was happy with. Respectful employees, left the place looking clean and tidy, and the en-suite bathroom looks very good.

Recently had a new sink and tap fitted in our kitchen and also a radiator in our conservatory. Bliss team arrived at time scheduled, kept my husband updated at all times throughout the day whilst fitting. They were so professional, knowledgable, friendly and tidy. Great team, hard workers, very pleased with the workmanship and end result. Not the first time we have used Bliss and will not be the last. Can't recommend Liam and the team highly enough

Delivery was speedy (received a call from Bliss Bathroom Supplies prior to delivery to inform me that it had just been despatched). Great service and product.

Our plumber arrived punctually, and got to work straightaway. There was a small hiccup in that our description of the issue wasn't clear enough, and so whilst some of the work was completed successfully, we still needed a bit more doing. We were so grateful that they were able to come back the same day to finish the work. Very happy with the service provided.

Their personel are hard working, know what they are doing, take pride in their work, go the extra mile, answer any questions put to them simply enough for me to understand. They arrive when they say they will and leave the work area clean and tidy. They ask questions for clarification and we have been left with an outstanding bathroom.
