Poor quality bracelets received

Poor quality bracelets received - definitely not as they appear on the website. I’ve also been charged 3 times by the company, and I’m currently in a fight to get my money back.

5thDuplication of payments....taking money from account for no goods received! The email communications made no sense but they tried justifying the double payments with lengthy emails explaining that because we hadn't ticked an instalment option the system proceeded to deduct double payment. By the end of our email war, we were going to be charged x 4 in CAD but our money was in AUD!!

False advertisement

False advertisement. They claim one price, then take multiple payments from your account without permission. When you file a complaint, they claim you agreed to the small print that allows them to charge 8x the amount advertised. SCAM.

Care

Care. I have been caught out by this company taking multiple amounts from my account. My Bank has blocked future transactions but it looks unlikely that any refund will be received. DO NOT BUY.

I bought one bracelet and got charged eight times and they won’t stop charging my card. I reached out to them numerous times I even contacted my bank to stop payments. Do not order from this company. It is a scam and they will keep charging your card.

Check previous reviews before ordering.

I have just had the same experience as other people. However, when I contacted them for proof of subscription charges they offered to cancel further payments. To be on the safe side I have been in touch with my bank.
This is a scam and I urge potential customers to go to the reviews before placing an order with this company. Oh, and the bracelets are rubbish!!

This is a scam like others have said I…

This is a scam like others have said I made an order for £14 which I thought was a reasonable price for what I ordered but now I have had 2 more charges of £14. If you look at the email at the bottom of the advert it is incomplete. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I have reported my card and reported the company to Facebook not that it will do me any good.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, no goods received and subscription payments being taken as reported by numerous other reviews. Received an extremely rude email in response to my enquiry on where the goods are and that the subscription was not agreed to. They want me to agree to 50% refund for the goods received against the money they have already debited. Except I haven't received anything. They won't offer a refund until I return the goods. Which I haven't received. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

It’s a total scam

It’s a scam. I paid £14 pounds and they charged me a few more £14. What they call it is a subscription. Why I subscribe you for a silly bracelet. They are using people’s buying habits, they show a low price but a small explanation saying it’s 4 installments. It’s a total scam, stay away.
