Pearl daybed mixed grey !!!
Read on previous reviews how they kept them updated about buying product. I was not kept informed. Just automated email to say I had bought my daybed. I had to email a few days later to ask when it was being delivered.
When it arrived, it was different to picture. Different cushions. Ordered from bliss as I wanted that exact item. Could of got this one cheaper with these cushions that I don't like.
Not a cheap item . If your spending just under 2k on a daybed you want it right.
On the plus side very quick to reply to emails.

Your order was placed on Sunday evening and we dispatched your order on Monday morning. Because there was no foreseeable delays or issues to report, we didn't contacted you.
We promptly replied to any of your enquires, kept you updated during all the process and suggested a solution for the issue as it seems reasonably easy to rectify, considering that it’s only the scatter cushions covers, however, we haven’t had a reply.
If you could please kindly reply to the email we’ve sent you, we would appreciate and hopefully be able to rectify the issue.

Good company - Easy to order and good delivery
I found Bliss Living whilst on a google search for garden furniture. The website was good and i found all the information i needed so placed the order. Everything went smoothly including the delivery which i wanted to delay due to us having our garden landscaped. I give Bliss Living themselves a 5 star for service but I've dropped a star for the actual product. Putting it together was a little bit challenging in some places and we had to bodge a coupe of screws into the chairs as the threads were shot. The brand badge on the table is wonky also but overall it looks nice and will do the job.
