I bought a Microsoft Excel copy from this company and I have a terrible experience with Blizhandel24. The software did not work after downloading and I have spent ages to tackle. In the end, all AI also says it has the licence issues (not my Mac problem or anything) as they just make mass copies and sell. I complained and request a refund. However, after going back & forth for over 2 weeks, this company keeps insisting "it is impossible to refund"!! They sell faulty products and refuse to refund. Don't take their offer of 'gift voucher'. They will know it won't be working. They never admit, they never refund, they just sell mass copies of defective stuff. Stay away from Blitzhandle or you just lose money and lots of time!! They insist nothing wrong with their products which is not correct. After battling for so long I had to buy the genuine Excel from Microsoft, it started working within 30 seconds. Never get involved in Blitzhandel! Scamming disgraceful conducts.

I had a very good experience with this company.
Bought a software, exactly as advertised (and way cheaper than the competition), key was displayed as soon as the transaction was completed and the details sent by email. I recommend from this first experience!

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong product and the vendor immediately assisted me with getting me the correct product and refunding me my original purchase price. Excellent customer service!!
