I placed an order with them Jan 22, 2026 and until now the order is still pending pickup! I have emailed countless times and I always get the same scripted reply. ‘we apologise, we’ve followed this up, we’ll monitor this” so on and so forth. More than a month has passed and still the status says waiting for pickup! This is just the worst company I ever encountered with online orders and shipping. I even reached out to the allocated courier and guess what they can’t even do anything because a job order has not been created by blk! Now I have emailed them
again, reached out to all their social
media platforms to demand a cancellation and refund but I didn’t get any reply.

Ordered on 12/13 and was finally labelled shipped on 12/23. However, still not actually shipped as of now, 12/28. The tracking only says label created.

I emailed customer service multiple times(4 times) to no avail. I've tried messaging on social media, and there was also no response.

Stay away from the site if you're an international buyer until they have customer service. If you're in the PH, just buy in person.
