Absolutely amazing guys nothing is ever to much hollie as been fabulous from start to finish and came to help with any issues fast at ringing back when ever we left a message everything was so easy 100% recommend to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property to go with block & brick 😀

I cannot recommend Block and Brick highly enough. Hollie was amazing from start to finish, professional, knowledgeable, calm, and just amazing at what she does. We did not have it easy, it took a long time and we had some interesting obstacles, and she helped us to easily navigate through some really complex and stressful moments. From the moment she came to see me and value the house, I knew I could trust her with my sale, she has gone above and beyond and block and brick is just worth its weight in gold.

After repeated failings of three other estate agents, Hollie found me trying to sell my house on Facebook marketplace and approached me! Despite my negativity towards agents being unable to sell, she persuaded me to meet and from that point onwards it was a whole new, refreshing experience. Hollie helped rearrange my furniture to get the best photos with a really cool camera and found me a buyer within 3 weeks! She hosted the viewings and has more knowledge about how to sell a house than all other agents who just play at the game.

Hollie took us through the whole process from start to end, chasing solicitors and reduced stress with amazing communication throughout! We even had a Whatsapp group! I am now in my new home and cannot thank her enough.

The team at Block & Brick, particularly Hollie, provided an unbelievable service from start to finish when viewing and purchasing my first home.

Being a first time buyer there were a lot of questions and uncertainty surrounding the whole process, but Hollie and the team walked me through every step and answered any questions I had throughout.

I was given regular weekly updates, which as exchange and completion approached, moved to daily updates. Hollie continually chased solicitors and the sellers to make sure everything was moving at the right pace. It really felt like nothing was too much of an ask when dealing with her and the team.

Super long review... but we have a lot to say!

Hollie at Block and Brick is currently handling the sale of our property. Block and Brick first caught my eye when I viewed a property being marketed by them. The house wasn't what we were looking for, however the way it was marketed was fabulous and Hollie was really lovely and very politely did some digging as to why we didn't like the house (perfect for the seller!), so when we made the decision to put our house on the market I knew where to go!

Owning a newbuild, I hadn't previously dealt with estate agents, and viewing properties for my onward sale, I have found other agents to be disengaged, somewhat incompetent and pushy. They have quite frankly given me a headache and annoyed the hell out of me. That is not Hollie and I'm so glad we found her!

Hollie is really friendly and has a fabulous personality- real light up the room energy. Her passion for her business shines through at every interaction. She is patient, understanding, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Our house sold in just 6 days and we have felt in really safe hands throughout our sale. We were really happy with how our house was marketed, the photos and video tour were really impressive, and Hollie goes above and beyond to make sure your property is picture perfect. There is literally not a thing out of place, Hollie will move EVERYTHING, not a black bin in sight or a rogue tea towel dumped on the side on Hollie's watch - this is something I always notice on other pictures now- things they couldn't be bothered to move!

The tools Block and Brick have (app, video tours, Hollie are a cut above the rest.) Hollie REALLY knows her stuff, and I have no doubt we will have a smooth completion.

It was very reassuring to know that Hollie was monitoring the process so thoroughly. My solicitor was not very helpful and Hollie was there to keep me updated and help progress the sale. I was very impressed with her diligence and professionalism.
