They have your email but love to try to call you from a number that's been burned and can't get through to anybody. It doesn't take much to change your outbound number.
Either way, god forbid there's any issue, it will take weeks for them to properly handle your order.
Total scammers. They talked me into more expensive cards, then sent me ones that looked like a child had made them at home. The said they would reprint for me, but never did, and ceased communication. They then lied about it, and made all kinds of BS excuses. Steer FAR away from these people.
I see why just 1 sub. this is the worst printer I ever used! I did a test run of postcards to see the print quality but never received them!#$!?? Oh there system auto populated my address as AVE instead of ST. Not to mention that the order I never received a tracking number until the order was returned, because it was sent to the wrong address??? Now they want to charge me $70 to resend a $200 order. Not to mention it takes 3+ days for them to respond and they have no phone number that I can find on their website. Conclusion NO PHONE, NO Reply's, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE= no more orders!!!! Thanks for nothing and for taking my money and wasting two weeks of my time!
