I am disappointed with my experience with this company. While the service initially appeared promising, customer support was slow and unhelpful when issues arose. The main issue involved assistance with recovering my funds, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, the company was unable to provide a satisfactory solution. Communication lacked clarity, and resolving concerns felt unnecessarily difficult.

Because I was unable to get the support I needed, I took matters into my own hands and sought assistance from a reputable funds recovery firm. Their guidance helped me better understand my options and take the necessary steps to protect my interests and pursue the recovery of my funds.

I believe this company could greatly improve by being more responsive, transparent, and customer-focused. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend their services at this time.

Blockchains appear severally - they obviously keep reinventing themselves with other letters at the end of their name -you can see five of them on Trustpilot UK
Interactivecrypto refused to return my cash. About $600, They told me to go to blockchain, where they had moved it. Blockchain's 'legal department' contacted me to tell me $100,000 plus had been moved to my 'wallet'. To get it I had to send a refundable deposit of $10,000, which would be sent back in two days, with the 100,000 which had suddenly grown in three days from $600.Need I say more - other than criminally corrupt scammers. Interactive crypto and blockchain are linked in corruption.,

This is the most inferior web platform. They enabled deposits yet rejected every withdrawal. After three failures, support stopped me. Luckily, a search connected me to r̺͆e̺͆t̺͆r̺͆i̺͆e̺͆v̺͆i̺͆s̺͆t̺͆a̺͆ and they fixed it promptly.

My blockchain app was showing black page when I sign in and they said to me to sign in again and delete the app.. and I sign in again use my recovery phrase to change my password to new. And I verified after that they say it will take 2min and I get an email saying they verify manually .. this verification has been happening for 1months and no responds .. I am a struggling student and the little I have is what is in that blockchain to survive with food and rent in a foreign country I don’t have my father anymore and my mother is old already. Blockchain why are you holding my funds for this long I have no access next month will be going to 2months and I need to pay my rent and food also. Please

Their online platform and apps are full of bugs. I cannot access my funds since they introduced updates. They just ask me to do pointless things like make sure my operating system is updated and to use Google Chrome. There is zero effort to fix the issues. They refuse to raise a complaint or to credit me the money in the account. They are relying on the lack of regulation to effectively steal my money.

An absolute disgrace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Please how can I be having issues with this stupid company for 2 years, , I can't send funds from my trading wallet, after I've done all the verification that I'm told to do, please I want to withdraw and close this app, I have written thousands email but hasn't resolved the issue, I want this issue to resolve

Can't send out my Bitcoin on Blockchain

Blockchain is a fraudulent exchange and hold people's funds for no reason. I have been using Blockchain for a while now and I have never faced what I faced for the past 3 weeks. I deposited funds into my account and it was sent out to another address till today I can't get access to my money please Blockchain refund my money. Stay off from Blockchain for now to remain safe

I wish i can't even give blockchain any rating, blockchain has being holding my funds for no just reason, they took out my verification and have not allowed me access to withdraw my funds, i have been chatting with them and all they are saying is that i should be patient, for how long do they want me to be patient? they don't respond to their emails and don't even find it necessary to email me, @blockchain.com all i want is my money please. I’ve been trying to verify my account and have full access. I keep getting full access unavailable at this time notification. I wrote to support center and all I get is thanking me for my patience. Absolutely horrible

Hey guys. The same problem here. My money is locked for 2 month. Next week i will go to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I will bring any evidences to the police and prosecutors office. They are liars scamers and criminals. Now the hammer is coming for this company. Let us bring this company to fall.

First the lock your deposit for several days without notifying you first. Then they don't allow you to withdraw your available money. AVOID!

Worst place to buy any crypto. I have constantly errors with deposit, exchange and withdraw. Errors and mistakes are being solved for months... and support is really slow during that time money are locked. Stawy away from them!!!

I tried verifying my blockchain wallet but it shows error say user not allowed to get credentials. Please, why is that ?

Worse support i have ever seen. After 2 transaction were stuck pending, i opened 2 tickets to find out why and one was ignored and never replied to and the other they did nothing and asked for a review. While they did a oending removal from my bank, they never completed the transaction so after 11 days my bank canceled transaction and refunded my money. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE INCOMPENENT AND ACT LIKE CROOKS

This is just insane whats happening here, its since the 28.04.2022 they locked my deposits because of SOF and WOF. I provided all necessary documents and they dont answer since then. They are everytime stalling and telling me they have a high frequency of support tickets.
I am just feeling like someone stole my money. the support ticket don't even get any attention since i provided everything.

It’s been 7 months since my blockchain trading wallet was locked due to Identification verification. I got in touch with blockchain support and submitted all documents requested from me ( government ID, proof of wealth, proof of occupation, transactions statements) I literally sent them everything till now, they haven’t unlocked my trading wallet and it’s been 7 good months. I can’t withdraw my money or anything!
