Blockdag DOUBLEUP coupon broken and not crediting buyers with the promised tokens. Contacted support, they refused to honor the sale. Will not credit me the promised tokens, or refund my money. Opened 3 separate tickets and each time they out right refused to help me or do anything about the problem, telling me I was basically screwed and there was nothing they were going to do to help. I have spent over $3,000 on this shit crypto and they don't seem to care. Tho them we're just marks waiting to be hustled. Where can I report them to hold them to their broken promises?

Blockdog presale will go into Infinity. As long as they can keep collecting money from suckers the presale will continue. Like all the other projects there is no anything but just a dead end.

I have been trying desperately to get help from support for 3 weeks now, I am a whale and had over 7 million Bdag on my dashboard until I didn't. I logged in and now I'm a crab, my bdag are gone also my transactions are all missing, I've sent support screenshots of my dashboard with all my bdag, I've sent them screenshots of my transactions etc all they ever say and only replied back twice saying the same thing, that they can't help if my bdag are missing from my wallet as it's not their responsibility. I told them have you even read any of the hundreds of emails I sent, not missing from my wallet because they aren't in my wallet yet because you haven't launched yet. I don't get it why would they even say that. Makes no sense. I haven't been able to buy any more bdag either. For three weeks every time I log in , nothing every thing is gone, I tried clearing my cache, using a VPN, a different browser, a different device still nothing and support does nothing to help me. Your about to launch still no actual help and yes I'm logging in with the wallet I used to make my purchases I just hope and pray that when you launch that you automatically deposit my bdag to my wallet, thousands of dollars worth of purchases all missing but I have screenshots of transactions etc if a real person from support would just contact me to help me

- You can’t “withdraw” tokens that haven’t launched—that’s just not how crypto mechanics work.
- Reviews are all over the place. But in today’s world of bots and astroturfing, that doesn’t say much either way.
- Their communication could’ve been better. Some promises feel broken. That’s on them.
- But complete fraud? I can’t say that. Not yet. There’s reasonable doubt.

My takeaway? I treat this as a longshot. A moonshot wrapped in mist.

And one more thing:

Everyone thinks they know their risk tolerance… until they don’t.

So I wait—watching the clock tick toward August 11.

As far as crypto presales go this is by far the best. Very high transparency and actual delivery of infrastructure prior to launch.

Late investors have better price than early. I have never seen things like this before. Price droped every week with the new promo. Many lies from Ceo, tap points, no more bonuses, mining rigs and many other. Stay away from blockdag.

Is there someone in Australia that i can ring and talk to about a few questions i have about my BDAG purchase and why I can't find most of my purchased bday. I've bought 185,550 bdag shares and can only find 6,600 of them.

I recently purchased blockdag during no vesting period directly, and I have noticed that 95% of my blockdag allocation is designated as a bonus, while only 5% is attributed to the actual purchase. I would be grateful if someone could provide clarification or assistance regarding this matter.

They basically copied Kaspa's whitepaper. Huge scam with agressive marketing. Stay away

I purchased 10mil coin and a X100 miner. The first issue was I had to submit tickets to customer service on 3 different occasions to get my coin into my account. The last issue with the x100 miner is still not resolved in over 3 weeks. This gives me concern on my investment and if this is not just a scam.

SCAM: I deposited money over a year ago on their second presale launch. I asked how can I withdraw money and they advised that money can be returned via Airdrop after the presale ends (this Pre-Sale Never Ends!). I have no idea how they intend to do this. Also My CRYPTO WALLET had a small amount of funds left and now it has been DRAINED EMPTY since connecting with Blockdag. I have no option to give a 1 star review as this appears to be a total SCAM. I had to delete my wallet and start using another platform to withdraw funds to avoid losing all my wallet funds.

I have been with BlockDAG for more than a year. There is no customer service, no method of contacting (so frustrating, that I give them thousands of dollars and can't get in touch with them). I have tried all the different methods of contacting them, including the method provided on this forum, but it is of no help. The support, contact method are all auto generated responses to your inquiries. Their marketing like Instagram channels are havely controlled and kicks you out.

I have joined the “movement” because I thought it’s a promising medium to long term investment. Unfortunately recent evolution disappoints me. I just bought $162.43 worth of BDAG coins at $0.0016 through BEAT VESTING PASS campaign and, surprise, instead of receiving the correct amount of purchased coins, in my balance appeared 95631 BONUS COINS, subject of vesting period and the rest were exactly the amount at $0.029 per coin, which probably are subject of that 80% release at launch. Very disappointing!! Good marketing trick, bad for trust and image.

I was promised a golden ticket into the world of cryptocurrency, a "once-in-a-lifetime" opportunity to buy in at an exclusive price before it skyrocketed. What I got was a front-row seat to a slow-motion train wreck, a classic bait-and-switch that felt less like modern investing and more like a shell game in a dimly lit back alley.

This is a scam. Invested 18 months ago, and have been watching the presale be "almost over! Last chance!" since then. Real questions get banned in their channels, lots of bots write reviews here and spam telegram. By the time this falls down, the people behind it will be long gone with everybodys money. They keep pushing the finish line further and further as long as people send money. Selling och getting refunds is not, and will not, be possible. Why its not already exposed in the media is a mystery to me.

This website is just another crypto scam. they dont have any real plan to launch the project. for several months, they just give promises and never deliver. only running marketing campaigns to fake the numbers. please dont buy their coin no matter what the price is.
