I bought lifetime access by accident which ive been told was only yearly subscription and they didnt refund me money.
Also i bought it on IOS. Normal company would have premium shared by the account. Here my premium is only on IOS and on chrome extension i have still standard version.

I was told I needed 2 subscriptions to block on chrome and windows, I asked for a refund and was ignored for a week.
I paid for a lifetime membership and the software does not recognize my payment. It still insists that I upgrade. I have been working with their support for three days to resolve and so far it still doesn't work. Support is by email only and they will tell you that it can take up to 48 hours to get a response. They will not refund money. Their support is very bad. Use another software because this one does not work.
Paid for premium to have the uninstall protection, but it doesn't work (pixel 8). I can uninstall it effortlessly in seconds, it is pointless. There is no trial, so you have to pay upfront to try the feature. Support refused to refund, didn't care to fix the issue either. Even PayPal dispute failed. This app promises help, but may just scam you instead. If premium features don't work for you, you won’t see your money back. Very unhappy with this fraudulent practice. Avoid!
