I recently received my order from your store, which included two types of products:
• 50 mg caffeine product – expiry date February 2026
• 100 mg caffeine product – expiry date April 2027
I noticed that the 50 mg product is set to expire quite soon, especially considering that I ordered six packs. I’m a bit concerned about the short shelf life, as I expected a longer expiry period similar to the 100 mg product.
Could you please clarify why the 50 mg product has an earlier expiration date and whether this batch was nearing the end of its shelf life when shipped?

Poor Customer Service
I can't speak for the product itself, I believe it's fine. But I did not receive what it looked like I ordered by the picture and description online. I emailed and filled out an online form to enquire about this and was ignored.
So, I got something like I paid for, and in the expected time....but zero customer service other than that.

The packaging is very poor
The packaging is very poor - loose cardboard which doesn't keep the gum fresh at all. Can't recommend for this reason. Have had to throw most of it away.

A great fan of Blockhead having bought multiple times. Very disappointed for my on line order to be accepted even though I later find out the company is in administration. My money taken with no intention of honouring the order. Confused, disappointed and nearly £20 out of pocket. Had expected better from them
