We bought 2 Bloc Out Touch blinds and In general they are doing the job.
Our windows aren't quite square so we get a little light leakage, but not too bad at all. As another reviewer mentioned, we've sealed around the frame with a bit of filler.. it has made a difference. Overall very pleased.

Shame all blinds aren't made like this. Customer service 10/10 - excellent communication, no fuss. Product is easily a 10/10 - so easy to install, very well made and lets zero light through. Quite simply, you get what you pay for, don't waste time looking anywhere else.

Really easy process - to measure, choose and then fit after delivery.
Blind looks Fab. I would say in hindsight I would have not given exact measurements but maybe taken 1-2mm of each measurement as we were fitting the blind within the window space and the corners around the windows are not sharp but slightly sloping and therefore it was a really really snug fit where a mm or 2 would have made life easier.

Arrived. Good quality product but slightly mis measured and scuffed / damaged possibly in transit. Excellent customer after care ensured speedy replacement and now works well. Slight improvement in flexing for not true square windows would be helpful but get the tension of total blackout versus non perfect buildings. Overall very pleased and likely to order another for different room.

From Purchase to installation the while process was smooth. The blind track had a slight problem with the sizing but it was dealt with immediately and sent a replacement. Would recommend to pay extra for the insurance policy. The blind themselves are great, noise cancelling and definitely block out the light. Would highly recommend the company and will be returning for future purchases.

Love my new BlocOut blind. We had one in our previous house, so I was keen to get one installed in our new home. Everything went well, it was delivered early, which caused a few problems as we hadn’t expected it, but now it is up I’m delighted.

Ordering was very simple. Product was easy to fit but instructions could be easier. Fitted second blind in half the time. Perfect fit but be careful with your dimension as there is very little tolerance. Opening blind is sometimes difficult if you pull blind down too far.

Service was fast, the blinds are well made and easy to fit. We ordered a cm too small and the replacement was collected and returned to new sizing within 5 days. Excellent customer service. Most importantly, Blocouts do exactly what they say, there is zero light bleed. Would recommend- 10/10!

Very well made. Require accurately dimensioned window recesses if fitting in the recess. Look good and work very well. Arrived exactly as promised.

Good quality item. Easy to fit. Helpful getting fabric samples upfront. Looks good. My only negative would be with a light fabric and a white frame why is the bottom seal black rubber and not white?

From initial ordering process to final delivery of the correct components I have been really happy with all the process. A hiccup in the ordering process was rapidly resolved to my total satisfaction. It’s how companies treat their customers when things go wrong that shows the true quality of an organisation.

The instructions were easy to follow and both my blinds are fitted and operational.

I have tweaked the bbedroom blind a little as the hole that allows the charging of the blind cartridge lets in light.

A simple plastic lid would resolve this. For time being I’ve gone with Post It Notes.

This is a fantastic company. The customer service is great and when I inevitably measured wrongly they sent me a new blind straight away. Really quick to response and helpful. The blind is great and does what it says on the tin!

We now have two of these for our children’s bedrooms. It is a great Product. When we bought the second one. We miss-measured but luckily had taken the insurance when we ordered. Getting this fixed was simple and straight forward. Would recommend this product to anyone who wants to keep the light out when sleeping.

Support ghosted me mid way. Told they’ll take my request for custom chain length but no response for over a week. Raised a new ticket but nothing on that too.

There are a few silly design flaws which looks like an easy fix for them but they didn’t . Not complete blackout which I expected for the price I paid (huge compared to others). Their material quality is quite good.

For the cost, not the best. It didn’t fit the window fully, so I had to add packets at the bottom of the frame they provide to make it fit (which you don’t know until your two thirds through the fitting process, by which time it’s too late) checked my measurements I had provided and these were correct. I think they have aired on the side of caution when sizing the frame to fit. Had to add 10mm spacers either side, which has obviously left a gap along the bottom of the blind which lets light in. It’s better than our standard blinds where, but not blackout and not super impressed for the cost. I would have contacted to return this, but as I say, I didn’t know it wasn’t fitting properly until 2/3 of the way through, by which time the sticky frame and nails etc have all been installed. Not very impressed I’m afraid.
