Nous recevons 2 à 3 appels par jour, beaucoup ne parlent pas certains le font en fait c'est une perte de temps totale. Je bloque tous les appels répétés sur mon mobile, mais le même appel de la société utilise un autre numéro MAIS le numéro bloqué apparaît. Malheureusement, le téléphone fixe n'enregistre pas qui passe l'appel. Je voudrais obtenir le MD du numéro d'appel de l'entreprise car ce serait un appel de retour, ils ne peuvent pas s'opposer à ce que j'appelle !
We get 2 to 3 calls a day, many do not speak some do in fact it is a total waste of time. I block all repeat calls on my mobile but then the same company call using another number BUT the blocked number comes up. Unfortunately the fixed phone does not record who is making the call. I would like to get the MD of the company callings number as it would be a return call they cannot object to me calling!
Pour référence, j'ai appelé Bloctel. J'ai obtenu un court métrage et j'ai été conseillé avec les suivants: - Annulez mon compte avec Bloctel, annulez tous mes téléphones et je n'ai pas de téléphone. J'ai ensuite été mis sur un homme très grossier qui a parlé si vite que mon traducteur ne pouvait pas suivre! Il était en fait assez violent. Je soupçonne qu'ils prennent en fait de l'argent de l'État et ne font rien. J'ai demandé à un journal d'enquêter sur une fraude potentielle et de prendre des fonds sans effet!
For reference I rang Bloctel. I got short shift and was advised with the following:- cancel my account with bloctel, cancel all my telephones, and do not have a telephone. I was then put on to a very rude man that spoke so fast my translator could not keep up! He was in fact quite abusive. I suspect that they are in fact taking monies from the state and doing nothing. I have asked a newspaper to investigate for potential fraud and taking monies for no effect!
