I feel so Dum having dealt with this company without checking their previous victims, before issuing my credit card number. Like everyone else they’ve victimized, I couldn’t get a refund from my bank, because of the time lapse. Anyway, it’s about time we as American victims put an end to this madness. We can’t not allowed a foreign company, ran by a bunch of thugs and thieves from Pakistan and India ripping us off. It’s time to take a stand , and not allow this company to continue victimizing others. This crook so called name DAVID MYERS should be identified by his real name and get arrested by the FBI as soon as possible. His got a distinctive voice. They should track him down, as he is the ring leader. I urge any authorities who sees this posting to contact All of us, who have been ripped off by this company, so we can provide all the evidence that we have., This company takes money and don’t deliver on promises. Then they keep the money and the project, if you don’t give them more money. I urge ANy one to NOT hire This company ANYMORE. And Please Let’s All Report This to the FBI.

I made a mistake of not checking this company out before I paid them for two separate websites. One was 50% completed and the other not done. I have been chasing them for months now but they stopped responding to emails altogether. The annoying thing is the lies about the account manager going on a long leave due to suffering a heart attack. They made sure they wasted my time past when my credit card issuer could issue a refund. The truly are criminals with fake "American accent".

Branded logo designs. branded logo operates from the UK company house registered Itec Device Ltd by owner Nasir Shabb with IT staff in India or Pakistan. They use fake names like Zack Spencer. They don't provide any signed legal documentation on your project need's, from things like software that they will be providing. Question them and always ask for your code don't allow them to fool you. They use cheap scripts that cost no less than 200 dollars and cloned websites. You will be left feeling ridiculous after you deal with this Indian pakistani gang. They overcharge you for SMO SEO marketing . Sale upon sale will be pushed down your throat things like copyright overcharging ,cybersecurity program so that your website is protected from the standard non conventional one you need this they will push you for sales after sales. Upfront payments are always asked, they can ask for small percent but never the whole amount . They don't work by milestone Fraudsters. Be smart tell your bank they are fraudulent and a criminal gang. If you see how luxuriously the owner lives you will be ashamed this is from your money. Be smart use your brains. Thank God theres trust pilot please dont consider using these fraudsters.

Would not recommend. They will charge you fees promising services and will not deliver. Then they will try to get more money from you for things you have already paid for.

They do not reply to requests around their delivery failures.

They also do not respond to BBB inquiries.

If I could give this company a ZERO if I could.
Upon doing a live chat I was told they could build am eCommerce web site in 3 weeks. Upon hiring them they started a web build and then just kind quit.
I would request edits and revisions that they said were done when they were not. Two months later they were still giving me the runaround.
This company will keep adding fee after fee for work that they will not do. They charged me for a WordPress plugin that are free.
Once I tried to fire them they jumped into action trying to make up for months of not doing what they advertise. They told me all work had been done when it was not!
I wish I had read all the negative reviews and seen the 'F' at BBB.org. BBB.org also shows: "BBB Serving Los Angeles and Silicon Valley requested that the company substantiate, modify, or discontinue claims advertised on the company's website."
Save yourself a bunch of frustration and money.. Do Not Hire this lying incompetent company for anything!

They did create a logo for me. However, they doubled charged me a copyright fee, plus some other fee. Bunch of scammers and liars. I contacted them but they stated I agreed to it and nothing they can do. But I will be contacting BBB to file a complaint! Also, I will dispute the transactions with my bank. Stay away from these guys!!!

SCAMMERS AND LIARS!!! They are the worst!! They are very available when it comes to upselling and answer immediately but when it comes to your requests they are always unavailable. I trusted them with my logo design which they didn't deliver until i had to pay for the copy rights application $ 250 ( costs about $30 if i did it myself) and they ask for an additional $200 to register it after. None of this costs are told upfront. I also ordered a package design with them which took 1 month and a half to complete because with every revision they didnt listen or understand what i was asking them to do. They just do whatever its easier for them. I wish i had read the reviews before i started the project. My worst experience ever with a designer. If i had the chance i would give them 0 stars.

Total scam will ask for more and more money and you will never get your TM Brandon and Alex are also the same person bunch of con men

Avoid this company.
I paid for a custom company logo to be created. They stole an image from online and put my name under it. They also tried to force me to pay $200 to register the logo.
They also force you to spend more mo way with them and don’t take no for an answer.
I got ripped off!!!

I could give a zero on this motley crew…

I could give a zero on this motley crew ,I most certainly would. They are a bunch of inept, incompetent bunch of criminals, with the intent purpose of ripping people off. There must be hundreds of them out there, they have been conned and by these people.
They certainly DO NOT know the first thing about building websites, and give excuse aftewr excuse on why there are 'dragging their feet' and taking so long. I paid up front for their services to the tune of £549, and the recipt, which I downladed, didn't even have a Vat number?? This means that they are trading illegally, and am reporting them to HMRC Customs & Excise, as well as many authorities I can lay my hands on! They sent me andn email from one of their 'so called' employees, called 'Robert Jones' who is a liar and blaggard too. He told me that they had done loads of work on the site, and refused to pay the money back to me. I have investigated them, they are no fixed abode in the UK, and believe they operate from India, are basically 'scam mercants' who prey on the genenral public, and 'stealing' thousands, if not, millions of pounds, purporting that they they are master web and marketing consultants, which they are definatley not! Also I have contacted a few people who have dealt with shower of crap, and one of them has been waiting for over 110 days for his 'care home wesite' to complete. He had given up on getting his nmoney back, but will NOT, as I have opened up a fraud claim with my Bank, Lloyds, who are now going to pursue the matter also. Do NOT give money up front to any online marketing, logo, or website debelopment company, if they are worth their salt, as they will accept money, once the job is complete. You have been warned, ladies and gents, they give their own ratings on these sites, to make themselves 'hoilier than thow'. If you ever come across the 'Nice Website' of 'Branded Logos UK', keep a wide berth. Rubbish is a word that's too good for them.! Aldo from the |UK

This company is a complete joke. I have never seen this kind of service, ever. Project which commenced in July still not complete, no update for a while now. NEVER NEVER EVER PAY ANY MONEY UPFRONT.
They are not covered by the UK Standards Association since they are based abroad, however, with a local diverted 0203 telephone line.
I will provide feedback everyday about this company until they complete my project.

Rip off company.

I paid them for multiple tasks. The tasks that they did do they screwed up royally and the tasks they they did not start they would not refund. Total ripoff company who obviously steal people's money and they have no shame about keeping money they did not earn. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Buyer beware

Please beware! This company will keep making up new things that will cost you money and then, after paying them,will take your site down. I have paid over$1200 for my website and hosting and today found that my site is down and no one will answer my calls.

URGENT! This Company will rob you blind. Please do not give this company your card info. We work very hard for our money and if you continue to read the comments you will realize that branded logo has robbed many hard-working people of not only their time and money, but also what should be a pleasurable design experience. It is vital that we protect our money and investments as we venture into our own personal business endeavors. I urge you not to give your bank info to this firm, when you contact them before you really get a chance to describe your idea and needs, they will begin asking what card will you be using, and if you give them that info, rather you authorize the charge or not, by the end of the conversation, your account will be charged. Once your account has been charged by this company rather you authorize this charge or not, your chances of getting your money back are slim to none. Their design work is mediocre and created with no passion for the ideas of their customers, but they are experts in finding a way to mislead, deceive, and then intimidate their customers.

The service was fine until the end. For one I never really cared for any of the designs that were offered. I made some changes and still didn't really care for any of the designs but thought we could move the process forward. Mentioned to Dennis that I wanted a refund and he refused,. stating that I said I wanted the design. He was rude and disrespectful. Before I agreed to move forward with the design I didn't realize I was about to get pitched to buy some absurd package. Should of known by the design work and the price that Branded logo designs was a scam. At the end of it all I get some useless jpeg file that I cant use anywhere. No options were discussed on how I could even use this zoomed in useless jpeg file. A complete joke!!! I will do everything in my power to write bad review upon bad review upon bad review about this company.

I mean really what type of company will not issue a refund when their customer was unsatisfied? Especially before they even gave me possession of the file. Complete joke!!
