STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!!

My wife fell in love with a ring with a coffin shaped teal colored stone on it. What we got was nothing like it. The stone was dull and more of a brown/green color and the workmanship was so poor that one of the prongs was sticking up so much that it destroyed clothing.
I emailed their customer support and the response was laughable. They said that they did not know we wanted a ring like the one in the photos. I was shocked! They finally agreed to fix the ring but we had to pay shipping.
We got the ring back a few days ago and my wife put it on for the first time today and the bottom of the ring snapped into 2 pieces!

Like the title says, steer clear of this place at all costs. Their packaging is great and designs unique, but the quality oversights and horrible quality control is enough to shop another brand.

Now I get the joy of trying to get a refund, lets hope I dont have to do a chargeback!
