1. On their website they say they have 45,000+ happy customers, unlikely

2. Numerous customers on their Facebook page chasing orders, that never arrive!

3. On their returns and refund policy on their website they call themselves 'BOND & BLUME', when their web address and other marketing is 'BLOOM & BOND'

4. On the shipping page of their website, it starts by saying "We're happy to ship your OLIVAY order to addresses worldwide"...who is Olivay?!

5. Videos on their Facebook page are very clearly AI

Red flags all over the place!

Subscription Issue

I cancelled my subscription (which I never activated in the first place) and received an email today only to find another activity against my account 2 weeks later.
The ethics of this company are highly questionable.

Definitely worth it!

The softgels were just starting to do the trick. I was seeing less shedding and My hair seemed stronger. Unfortunately I have to stop my subscription due to other health issues that these supplements aggravate. I do recommend them to anyone seeking a solution for hair shedding/loss, they are a effective and affordable option.

Beware of shopping cart totals

Beware of shopping cart totals. They took out more money than was in my cart. Sneaky additional charge of an ebook that they put in the cart for free, only to charge me £9.99 after I entered my card detail. Cancelled the entire order, untrustworthy.

Great people, great products

This product really works

This product really works. Invaluable!
My hairdresser told me,' whatever you are doing, carry on'. I notice that the tablet colour has changed in my latest order and hope that it's as good.
Obviously, it takes a little time as it is a supplement.
If you don't want to subscribe, make sure the subscription box is not ticked.
My suggestion to B&B would be to sort the subscription box issue out as many people appear unhappy with it.

I re ordered yesterday and thought I had done it all correctly.When I checked the confirmation email it is in dollars and in the bottle format whereas I previous was sent the packets.i had re checked placing the order twice and really thought it was all ok but according to customer service I should have changed the currency as check and also the request packets not bottle. I didn't find that helpful.Now I've several reviews explaining issues with ordering etc. while I think the product has helped I'm probably not going to stay with this product as there are plenty of others similarly priced and hopefully more straight forward ordering. I also noted in review some comments not being positive about results which doesn't match how B and B promote this product.Good to note.

**DO NOT BUY! THIS IS A SCAM.**

Yes, my review is genuine!
Ref: HHWUJ5354018501YQ My wife and I decided to purchase "Pumpkin Seed Oil" to give it a try. It's normal to try a new product first and, if it works, decide to buy more or subscribe. We bought one pack on my wife's credit card in October 2025. We both used the softgels as suggested on the back of the package, but we didn’t notice any difference after taking them, so we chose not to purchase more.
In December 2025, my wife noticed that Bloom & Bond had charged her again for £26.98. We contacted the bank, cancelled the credit card, and initiated a dispute, which involved filling out forms and long telephone conversations. In January, we received an email from Bloom & Bond stating that if we withdrew the dispute, they would refund the money directly.
See their response: "Thank you for letting us know. At the moment, our system is still showing an active chargeback on the transaction, which means we’re unable to process a refund from our side yet. Once the chargeback has been fully removed and closed by your bank, we’ll be able to proceed with the refund right away. We’ll keep monitoring the status and will update you as soon as it’s cleared."

We did close the dispute in February 2026, but afterwards, Rosie from Bloom & Bond responded poorly and refused to issue a refund. See their response: "I understand you’re looking for an update on the refund. Kindly note that since a chargeback was filed, the process is now being handled directly by your bank. Unfortunately, once a chargeback is initiated, we’re unable to process or reverse anything on our end, as the case is fully managed through the bank’s dispute procedure."

This kind of attitude from the company is appalling, as it seems they are only interested in tricking customers to gain more money.

Had we read the reviews beforehand, we would never have bought from this dubious company. Companies like Bloom & Bond should be named and shamed!
I would personally question their five-star reviews on Trustpilot.
The order was under Maria De Lorenzo's name.

Automatic auto ship

The auto ship is automatic and not straight forward to cancel. Do not think that you don't have it if the website says you have no orders.
