Absolutely useless nothing fitted all sizing is different. Tried to return the items spent £215 and they gave me £60 back. I spoke to someone on an online chat and they were looking into my query, but didn’t even come back to me and no-one responding.

Ordered a dress, waited 3 weeks of it saying shipping and then processing. The person i spoke to said the dress was not in stock, had never been in stock and they did not know when jt would arrive so gave me a refund that i am still waiting for. I made a facebook comment on an add on which Bloom chic messaged me about twice as they would like to discuss the issue but then ignored my reply to the PM.

It's good quality!! I don't remember buying anything off here but my mom has. She has a good experience with this company. She mainly gave me clothes from this website and none of the clothes I've received from bloomchic were ever bad. I recommend this website👍🏼
Very pleased (again)
So yes, it will take a couple of weeks to be delivered. But, it's my second order now and I'm very pleased once again. Everything fits perfectly, plus size clothing sometimes makes you feel like you're wearing a pretty sack. All the pieces were designed to be form flattering, hugging where it needs and flowing where it should (well, for me). Most of the dresses have pockets too. I haven't dared to try trousers/jeans yet as it's always so hard to find the fight fit, but the skirt was perfect. Order your size, don't size up unless you like things roomy. I ordered 3 dresses, a cardigan, a skirt and two tops and no need to send anything back

I love the products I received
I love the products I received. Quite cheap material on the jumpsuit but it hangs well and I love wearing it. Swimsuit is great. I'm a funny shape so I did have to take the bottom half in a tad.
However I was dissatisfied with the delivery. I paid extra for a quick delivery as I was going on holiday soon and wanted to make sure I had the order in time.
This was a waste of money as it didn't arrive on the date promised but 5 days later just 1 day before the standard delivery date.
My advice is don't pay for a speedy delivery.
Ordered some T-shirts for my daughter…
Ordered some T-shirts for my daughter who is pregnant and liked the look of the larger clothing. I ordered six at the beginning of August. It’s now the end of August and today I received a notification saying that they had just been dispatched to their UK company. They would arrive arrive around 5th September. Where from?? A whole month and they still aren’t here. And I can’t delete their app. It just keeps popping back up. I definitely won’t be going anywhere near this company again once we get this order.
Unexpected customs tax charge after delivery
Unexpected/unexplained tax charged by UPS. Don't be fooled by this .Co.uk website... the clothes come from Guangdong China and I was sent an invoice to pay from UPS as customs tax. I checked Trustpilot before I made the decision to buy from Bloomchic and expected delivery to be slow... but that's it. So I'm quite shocked that no one else has mentioned this yet. It's a shame because the clothes are nice, I ordered swimsuits for a holiday - clothing size is a good fit and quality meets price. But this extra charge has added 25% extra cost to my order. Don't bother - shop elsewhere.

I ordered a dress which took weeks to arrive. When it did finally get here the fit was awful so I returned it the same day(29/4/25). I still have not received a refund despite emailing a couple of times to chase. They say I did not initiate a return - which Is bizarre as I got a return label and took it to a parcel shop - will never purchase from here again and would advise others not to
Lovely clothes.. TERRIBLE service
Am sad to leave this review as the clothes are lovely. But every other aspect of shopping with this company has been awful. First of all they offer an 'express delivery' option at a steep £15. I paid this reluctantly as I needed an outfit for a family wedding at short notice. I assumed as it was so expensive it would be reliable le. Very wrong. I immediately got an estimate date that was intact in line with the standard delivery which would arrive a day before the wedding. In fact they arrived a week after! The second point is the customer service in the meantime. No reply by email. Their online chat just does not seem to work. The first time i attempted it I was disconnected. They promise an email response ASAP if this happens. that is not the case. The next time I was 1st in the que for 45 minutes then disconnected again. In a month I have received 1 response giving delivery excuses and a 15% off voucher. For more bad service. No thanks.

Delivery is dire
So far, I’m dubious that I’d order again even if the clothing quality is amazing as I’m still waiting for delivery. Ordered on the 5th June, received an email on the 17th to say it’s on its way…by snail mail? Carrier pigeon? I don’t mind paying for quality £50 for 2 swim sets but I do like to have a reasonable delivery period…this is not that. Will update further when goods are received
Update 1 - managed to speak to BloomChic via there tracking help on the app. I was told the 7-11 day delivery time is only after dispatch…it took 12 days for them to dispatch. If you need something quickly, don’t order with BloomChic and take the 7-11 delivery timescales with a pinch of salt.
Update 2 - the order has finally arrived, luckily in time for my holiday! The swimwear is very nice quality. Well made, bright designs, and true to size.
If you are going to shop with BloomChic make sure you factor in a long delivery period.

’m extremely disappointed with BloomChic’s customer service.
I returned my items within the 30-day period and within the valid return label timeframe, but my refund request was refused. I’ve emailed them multiple times to clarify this, but I’ve had no response for over three days now.
I followed all their return instructions correctly, and it’s unfair and unacceptable to deny a refund without explanation or engagement. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I’m still waiting for a resolution.
I hope this public review prompts BloomChic to respond and process the refund fairly.
Hit or Miss
I have bought several times from Bloomchic. The fit has been it or miss. When it's good - it's great. But they lack consistency. I am a plus size so finding good looking items that fit is not easy. I like the leggings & tops so I will continue to shop there.

I ordered a dress and didn't look good on me so sent back. Didn't get full refund as obviously they take money back, I assume for postage ( pretty negative imo).
I didn't have a printer to print out return label and informed company of this, obviously had to return via royal mail. I just feel customer services are non existent and have decided to buy from UK based reliable companies as
