Terrible!

I placed an order on February 11 for the “super size” Love and Laughter arrangement with a sympathy card. The recipient instead received a box of loose flowers—no vase, no card, no arrangement, no ribbon. The box was left outside for approximately six hours, despite the recipient being home all day, and they did not receive any calls to notify them that a delivery was on the way. This is completely unacceptable, and the local florist you used should not remain on your list of suppliers, given the poor quality of their service. I am extremely disappointed; this was my first time using your service and will likely be my last.

CRAP FLOWERS

CRAP FLOWERS. Nothing like what I ordered, no greenery, 2 different arrangements when I ordered 2 of the same and paid $10 more each to supersize. If 12 flowers (not even the colours you ordered) is what you get for $49.99 x 2, plus delivery plus tax then save your money and go to a grocery store. Much better quality.

Although the representative Reuben was pleasant and delivery was prompt I am leaving a 1 Star rating. Wish I could leave no stars but it isn't possible.
Ordered a deluxe bouquet, paid extra, It was called Glorious Day, which was a full bouquet of pink and yellow roses with some greenery. This was for my sister's 80th birthday. With a deluxe bouquet Reuben stated there would be more roses and additional greenery.
What my sister received wasn't anything what was expected. Bouquet contained one rose and filler flowers, carnations, Peruian lilies, one dark aster, babies breath and one palm frond. None of which was in the photo. I paid $119. 73 for flowers, vase, card and delivery plus HST.
I reached out to the company multiple times via phone. Asked to speak with a manager, of course none available. Was given an incorrect email address for correspondance.
After a week of this nonsense finally received a responce. Was offered a credit not a refund as requested. Not accepting credit, who knows what I would receive.
Save your money don't patronize this misleading company. You'll be disappointed. Disappointed I couldn't leave photos.

The flowers I ordered

The flowers I ordered for my Mothers birthday were never delivered. I got an instant message saying that they were picked up, then got a new msg saying the delivery person was investing??? Called customer service and they said they would look into the matter. But I guess they forgot. Hours later I messaged them and they said that they would issue a credit to my account. Didn't happen. The next day I was told that it would take up to 24 hours to show on my account. The following day I received a message saying that the credit was issued and to claim it on the next order I was to enter my email address. I did this and the message was "Coupon Already Used." I am waiting for on a response still.
ORDER WITH CAUTION AND DON'T EXPECT TOO MUCH!!!!

Terrible unacceptable service

Terrible service! Can I give them ZERO stars? DO NOT ENGAGE OR PAY FOR ANY SERVICE OR BUSINESS FROM BLOOMEX!!! Bloomex had no problem taking my money first, then the details, names, and message for delivery, only to be followed up with a notification that they do not deliver to this funeral home and this area. I was still totally fine up to this point, but it was when I asked to cancel my order and give me a refund, then things changed.

Stating they cannot provide the service that I paid for, but will not agree to a refund, is totally unacceptable. I do not order flowers for anyone, this was an exception for a friend who lost her sister and it was impossible for me to be there.

Bloomex's options were given to me as follows .... I guess I might as well kiss my money good-bye!

I WISH THERE WAS A MINUS RATING SYSTEM HERE! I would give this sorry excuse for a florist a -100 Rating! I ordered a Dozen, Long Stemmed Red Roses to be delivered Christmas Eve.

What my lady received were the Ugliest, Short Stemmed, Poorest Excuse for Roses they could come up with and they must have searched every dump within 100 miles to find this G A R B A GE!

Worse still, they REFUSE to do a thing about it! I have been around for well over 70 years and have bought a lot of flowers in my lifetime! This is the Absolute Worst experience I have ever had with a florist! How I wish I would have checked them out here first!

Chris was easy to deal with until it changed

Chris was easy to deal with. Hopefully the 18 extra long stem roses come on time. UPDATE So it was wonderful to deal with Chris on Feb 8th, then the issues started. I noticed the original order of 18 extra long stem roses supposedly ordered by Chris was marked status changed on Feb 9th and I was only getting 12 roses, obviously not what I had agreed upon. I spoke with 2 service agents who were not worth talking to and eventually received an email from a manager stating the original employee has not put in the upgrade to 18 and I would only get 12 go the same price. If I could give this rip off company a “zero” star I would. Terrible business practices. All they have to do is pull up the recording and all would be deal with. Never again Bloomex. Lol new update, called them back as I hadn't received my refund. They were packaging the roses for delivery, and hadn't even cancelled the order as I had request 4 days prior. OMG no one knows what is going on there. Even had a customer rep hang up on me, when I was trying to find out what was happening.

It looked like the flowers were just thrown into the box - we had to rebuild the arrangement. The flowers were wilting and lacked any freshness - extremely poor quality.
I used your company to avoid using my previous American supplier. You failed completely.

Ordered flowers to be delivered…

Ordered flowers to be delivered December 22nd for my mom. Flowers did not arrive that day. Could not get through customer service online or phone. Thought the flowers never arrived. A week later, my mom happened to go to the post office on an unrelated mattered and was given the now dead flowers. No notice of delivery attempt left at the door.

They changed delivery date for the…

They changed delivery date for the flower delivery I booked online.. when I called the next day for a refund, they advised they can’t process refunds on weekends and to call back Mon-Fri to speak to a supervisor.. she also said they likely will not cancel my order or process a refund, even though they changed the date and I have given ample notice to cancel. I will be following up with my credit card company on this.

I ordered flowers from Bloomex online, hoping to bring a little joy to someone going through a really rough time. What I received, however, was nothing like what was shown on their website. The arrangement was cheap, wilted-looking, and completely unrecognizable compared to the beautiful bouquet I paid $70 for. For someone trying to lift the spirits of a loved one, this was utterly disappointing and hurtful.

I called their customer service to explain the situation and ask for a refund. I was met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and even attempts to hang up on me. Their so-called “customer service” was horrendous, I wasn’t asking for a favor, just a resolution for a completely unacceptable product. When I requested a refund, they said it wasn’t possible and instead offered a store credit of $20 — $20! That doesn’t even cover anything, let alone the tax and delivery was not included.

When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told they didn’t have one. No accountability, no empathy, just a total lack of professionalism. Bloomex is a horrible company with awful customer service. Save your money and your time, there are far better florists out there who actually care about their customers and deliver what they promise.

This is the second time I have had an issue with this company! I did not know that FLORIST.CA IS ASSOCIATED WITH BLOOMEX. Same terrible service, delivered frozen flowers and said sorry your arrangement didn't meet your expectations. Well the flowers would have been beautiful if they were not frozen and also delivered the following day after the birthday! I had ordered them, and after I had paid was informed that they didn't work with a florist in the area so would have to use another partner florist and courier out the next day (Purolator). NO REFUND POLICY. Finally agreed on a basket (cookies, chocolates, gourmet items) in lieu since I was getting nowhere with a refund, only have to have a little package of cookies - NO BASKET AS PROMISED and another smaller bouquet delivered - once again frozen!! DO NOT USE FLORIST.CA OR BLOOMEX. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I ordered flowers for my mum in NZ (I’m in the UK) and they arrived dying, broken and wilting, not to mentioned looked nothing like what I ordered.

I contacted with images of the dying damaged flowers requesting a refund and they replied that they looked ‘lovely and fresh’ and it is just the angle of the photos.

I have since reported them as a scam to my bank so will hopefully get my money back.

Don’t waste your money.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. I ordered and then canceled the order because it was not delivered on time. They overcharged my credit card, and only refunded a portion of my purchase, they refuse to refund $125.00 even though I have bank records to show exactly how much they charged me. TOTAL RIPOFF and VERY DISAPPOINTED. Learned my lesson and I will never shop here again.

Buyer Beware of Bloomex

I’m sharing my experience so other customers can make informed decisions.

I ordered a Christmas flower arrangement, chocolates, and a card for my 83-year-old mother to mark the anniversary of my father’s passing and to lift her spirits during a difficult time.

The flowers delivered did not match what I ordered. I ordered the supersized Christmas Festive arrangement with a bow, supposed to have 13 stems, truffles, and a full-sized card. What she received truly looked like scraps ready for the garbage thrown into a package - they were flowers for a smaller spring arrangement and did not even have a bow. I have pictures of what I ordered and what she received.

The dishevelled flowers arrived in very poor condition, with broken stems, some flowers heads broken off, and several blooms and greens already dead or heavily wilted and near finished. This was very upsetting for my mother.

Without my knowledge or consent, the package also included promotional solicitation cards free meals from home meal delivery company. My mother believed I had arranged meals to be sent to her, which caused confusion, disappointment, and distress when I had to explain that they were advertisements I knew nothing about.

I contacted Bloomex promptly, provided photos, and requested either a replacement arrangement or a full refund.

My request was denied, and communication eventually stopped. I have copies of all communications.

I remained polite, factual, and transparent throughout my efforts and simply asked for a reasonable resolution. Photos were provided as requested. I asked for contact information to advance my experience to corporate office when my requests went unanswered. I did not receive the requested information nor a resolution.

I hope the company improves its quality control and customer service, especially when orders are meant for meaningful and sensitive occasions.

The worst company I have EVER dealt…

The worst company I have EVER dealt with. Truly awful - customer service (Hana and Chand) are horribly rude - say you'll have a refund for the flowers they never sent within 24 hrs, yet everyday I am without a refund, they ignore your messages, say they are issuing store credit (it was there mistake they never sent the flowers!). I cannot believe the stress and upset this company has caused, they shouldn't even be operating.
