Poor service . Been with the company for over 6 years. Found owner patronising and rude - and they don't really do a good job . I'd look elsewhere.

Very poor service. I ordered my plants and have not received after 12 days. Emailed them twice and have not had a reply. Will never order from them again.

I ordered a blackbamboo through wowcher from these for £17.99 with additional costs for posting..
Item not received and it has taken until the 4th of June to get the £17.99 refunded which PayPal supported me to get... I will not order from these again.

My 2 palms died in weeks now I cant reach them never buy from wowcher they ignore ya if things go wrong

I bought two bamboo plants for £19.98. I was charged £6.99 delivery for EACH plant. Total rip-off. I didn’t know about this charge until I bought the plants. I had then committed to go ahead with purchase. They came after being in the hands of Yodel (another dreadful company) for three days. The driver didn’t ring the bell he dumped them on the doorstep therefore not giving me the chance to refuse delivery. The plants were hanging out of the boxes because the boxes are so badly damaged. The plants are bent and brown with a bit of green. Blooming Direct say on their delivery note to phone or email if there’s a problem. Well I chose to email three times. Guess what no reply. I’ve also tried to get in touch with Wowcher via WhatsApp. Another waste of time. Avoid both companies plus Yodel like the plague. These companies don’t deserve our custom. Never again will I buy off them. I’m a pensioner and can’t afford to throw my money away.

Absolutely scandalous. You have to telephone them cannot email them and herein lies the scam. Charged £10 for a 15 minute call of which EE charged me 81p the rest goes to Blooming direct. That is theft and I would like that money back you bunch of thieves. You don't tell people about the premium rate call that you pocket money from. Got Informed last week plants would be here yesterday or today. I don't live in hope judging by the reviews.

Avoid this company at all cost, the pictures of the plants are totally false, customer services are not interested in resolving the issues just a standard reply, and they are happy to keep e-mails flowing from them to you. I would question if they even read fully the complaints. We were sent an empty pot but told the plant was dormant, had to empty the pot to show them that it was just compost. As I said you will receive inferior plants, nothing like the pictures in their adds, don,t waste your money with these people pay a few pounds more and buy from a reputable local garden centre, you will be able to see what your getting. Wish I'd read the reviews.

Over priced compost soil when you add in 2 lots of £8.89 delivery costs nearly £50 for 4 bags Wowcher ... Never again

Terrible.....somehow apparently can’t deliver to my ‘area’ and I live in Chichester.....which is main city in mainland uk.
Avoid these charlatans.
Hope I get my money back eventually....they had no problem taking that!!

Stay away from this company, if I could give them 0 stars I would. Brought a pair of flowering fuchsia colums last year and they didnt even bloom. When I contacted them this was their reply - ​Unfortunately the Fuchsia Trees are not covered by our Lifetime Guarantee for replacements- therefore I cannot honor this for your order.

Wouldn't even give them one star. ordered an expensive plant that never turned up and no response from them at all. Don't buy from this company.

I would not use this company ever. On my suggestion my client ordered four 1/4 standard hollies. They were all broken and looked nothing like the description or photos on the website. However, they have been refunded the costs.
Please do not waste your time or money with this company.

Ordered Hydrangea did not flower. Customer Services refused to credit me, instead offered me another one.
Asked what would happen if the same problem occurs, then they will offer me another one. Lifetime Guarantee she said. Unable to repeat what I said and then she cut me off. Totally incompetent. Will inform Trading Officer.

Read the small print. THE PLANTS DON'T LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE.
NEVER BUY FROM WOWCHER OR BLOOMING DIRECT AGAIN.

Bought a discounted mystery selection of herbaceous plants. Plants were all in good condition on delivery.
Plant info was limited, name and variety with no info on colour and size.

Goods arrived as stated and in good condition would recommend the company to friends and family and use the company again

From ordering to getting plants delivered 10/10
Packaging is excellent as soon as I opened I could see the plants were in excellent condition and after planting they are coming on a treat
