I ordered 2 swimsuits and they were too small. They will not let me return and get refund even though their policy is 30 days to return. I am very disappointed.

The return process is inconvenient…
The return process is very inconvenient and the store itself is not transparent. No way to review items and it seems like a drop ship front. Items were crumpled and stained when received and there was no return slip (even though it states you get one in your order). Avoid Blooming Jelly!

Colour has leached
I bought a BloomingJelly bathing suit online. After one (very gentle) wearing, the colour of the suit is totally bleached out.
I've messaged the company and there's been no response. Terrible customer service.
