Beautiful Flowers for my Wife's Birthday. She loved them.

I received letterbox flowers for my Birthday from my friend, they are beautiful and the gorgeous smelling candle & cocktail was a lovely extra.
I will definitely order from Bloomleys & recommend them to family & friends.
It is over a week since I received my flowers but they are still looking fab!

I ordered the letter box flowers for a friends special birthday. She was really delighted with them and loved the cocktail & the candle that were beautifully packaged in the box with the flowers.

I was sent the beautiful Cosmopolitan bouquet with three additional cocktail and oh my!

The followers were beautiful beyond worlds and so fresh!

They bloomed over the next 10 days!

The cocktail was packaged really well in a small box to keep it safe

I love that all of the packaging is recyclable and that also includes the 2 flower food sachets

From opening the box it was a wonderful experience and the attended toon to detail was spot on

The flowers delivered were not in great condition and although a refund was given after both I and the recipient complained, the general attitude towards us as unhappy customers was not at all what I would hope for, with defensive emails asking for further evidence after photographs had already been provided and no apology at any point. I won’t be ordering from them again.

My wife received a bouquet for her birthday. Some of the flowers were in such poor condition that theywent straight on to the compost heap. Bloomleys describe their product as "cocktail inspired." My advice is to cut down on the cocktails and concentrate on the flowers. My complaint (see Bloomleys's reply) was met with insistence that the bunch included "vintage style" eucalyptus. Granted, some things - cheese, wine, violins - improve with age but a bouquet is not one of them.
Update:- my daughter complained and obtained a refund.

I had a delivery today for my anniversary, from my partner and it was truly the nicest surprise I’d ever received!! The flowers were beautiful. When opening the box it wasn’t the only gift, there was also a box of chocolates, a candle and two cocktails!! I’ve been truly spoilt and can’t recommend bloomleys enough for the thought and attention to detail they put into it. Thank you so much 😊

Soo pleased with my gorrgeous handtied martini bouquet!! :D It arrived nicely in sustainable packaging very quickly the next day!! Soo cheerful soo fresh!! And Lauren was so friendly and made sure i got what i wanted in my bouquet!! A+ service + flowers!!! And i especially love the idea of sending flowers together with bottled martini!! What a brilliant concept!!!
