DAO ruining yet another delivery. I simply did not receive the flowers on the date of delivery nor did they even attempt to send them to my address. They are just an utter disgrace. At the end of the day, if Bloompost continues to use DAO, then they are just as bad as DAO.

I am sorry to hear your BloomPost is delayed, that's certainly not the point of our concept and I understand it's frustrating, it is for us too!
Unfortunately, we do not personally handle delivery and there may be unexpected delays with your package. If there has been any compromise on the quality of the flowers. Please feel free to write at service@bloompost.dk with pictures and I will of course make a compensation on it.

I was pretty happy with the service before but this time the delivery came late and the flowers were not in the best shape.

I really enjoy the concept and the offer they have. I think they have a beautiful variety of products. I have used it for a while in the Netherlands and was happy to see there is this option in Denmark as well so I can surprise my loved ones. I gave 4 starts due to delivery, compared to the Netherlands the box wasn't delivered in the mail box as expected (mailbox has the right size to fit such a box), but had to be picked up by my sister at a location near by. I hope this was an exception and it's not the situation for all as I find this the mailbox delivery as part of the concept and ads to the surprise effect. Will definitely use it again for other occasions!

And yes it’s not my problem that you don’t have good deal with yours delivery company ( DAO)

Update - flowers finally arrived ! I woke up from my mother law sending me a pictures and saying that it’s not ok flowers!!!!!!
Fresh - lie lie lie !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Flowers looks like taking from the trash !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from them !!!!

Good value for money. A good selection of flowers to choose from. Promt delivery. The flowers that arrived were in excellent condition and were exactly those which we selected. I would easily recommend them.
