Flowers not arrived
I ordered flowers for a very special occasion to be delivered on 16th March. Today is 18th March and they have not arrived
I have emailed the company twice and not had a response.

ORDERED MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS FOR SAT DELIVERY
Ordered flowers on wednesday for delivery today (the day before mothers day)
Now 6:42pm, and royal mail hasnt shown up. Seems to be LOTS of customers finding the same. Had to drive to the supermarket so my partner doesnt wake up without flowers tomorrow. Disgusted, if people are ordering for an important holiday, dont use royal mail tracked.
No telephone number to ring them either. And office is shut. Avoid this sham of a firm.
I expect a full refund.
