Wrong order, wrong time
Paid for uplift in wrapping and bouquet size and neither service was delivered.
Delivery time was not as booked.
Gift card wasn't done elegantly and took my first and family name from the billing details (I guess) so didn't look personal and looked really cheap.
They did refund for the wrapping and bouquet size, they should of refunded the order.
Would not use again.

Bloomsdubai customer service called me and they arranged a complimentary bouquet and delivery. I appreciate the fact that they listen to their customers complaints and they put effort to make up for the mistakes. I changed my review score because of their customer service support team. Thank you guys.
