This company is a scam. They say goods were delivered. They were not,they could not give me proof of a signature evevthough they said they were signed for. They had no delivery photo. They said they would resend and the same thing happened again. 1st oct they said they had refunded me 80%, not 100%. 20 emails later i aam still waiting. Every time i complain they send me another computorised email saying my refund was processed and i would have within 25 days.ordered originally in feb 23,it is now end dec 23 . A total absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.

Why has this company not been investigated. They agreed to refund my money but said it might take a month. Of course no repayment has been made. How can companies like Asda, matalan, Tesco slow their name to be used in their ads on facebook. Avoid like the plague. My experience has been on going since June.

One star because I cannot give less. They are SCAMMERS. They pretend your package has been delivered, when it has not. They will not give the name of the supposed courier or any evidence of delivery, and they lie about having your signature. They then say they have made significant losses and can only refund half your money. There are several of these companies under the AlMARK LTD umbrella. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are fraudsters and scammers.
