Placed an order on etsy on the 3rd November and had to chase to see an update on our order 2 weeks later as it still hadn't been dispatched, after raising the issue with etsy they said they hadn't even made our order yet as they were waiting for approval from the design proof, but I never received a design proof! When I finally received the proof and approved it immediately it was dispatched on the 18th november, it said it should be with me on the 22nd november which is the last day before I fly for my wedding and I have no tracking number to locate it and have no idea where it is. Can't get hold of them either to see if I can have a tracking number.
Extremely unhelpful and little to no communication, so surprised considering the reviews were so good. But it's looking like I won't have my name cards in time for my wedding even though I ordered them almost a month before

HI Louise,
I thought I would give the whole story of your order, rather than the version you are portraying. You ordered with me on the 3rd November and you received your digital proofs for review – the same day. It then took you until the 17th November to approve this. Your items were made, printed and shipped by the 20th.
You or your partner at no point informed me when your big day was, or I would have suggested an express delivery.
You say you have received no communication from me, I have responded within 24 hours of each of your messages, and today have come in to the studio on my day off to respond to numerous aggressive and unfair messages from you both. As I stated I was expecting Royal Mail to deliver to you by the end of today and I informed you I would get the delivery redirected to your wedding venue.
I have never been spoken to in the way you and your partner have spoken to me, no supplier should be treated like this.
As you have stated I have 5* reviews across Etsy and Trustpilot, as I take pride in what I do in ensuring I deliver quality items in time.
There has to become a point where a supplier sticks up for themselves, I will not be called a scam or be portrayed in this light.
I have never had to do this in the 10 years I have been in business, but I will be cancelling your order and will issue a full refund when I receive the menus back. I would rather have a financial loss than continue on dealing with you both.
That truly pains me to do that, but I have to draw the line at how I have been treated.
I wish you both all the best and happiness in your future together and ask that you find some compassion and respect for small businesses moving forward.
