Blossomtree have placed several nannies with my family for short term positions. Each Blossomtree Nannie has been absolutely fabulous. Bissy Thomas the owner has been a pleasure to deal with, she really takes the time to understand our family needs to then place suitable Nannies. I can see how thorough she is in her recruitment process giving me the confidence that she is finding us a great Nannie every time.

I joined Blossom Tree during lockdown in 2020 and the manager was very thorough during the phone interview, whilst having a good conversation as well. It's very flexible working with Blossom Tree, as I can choose when and where I want to work. The families I've worked with are brilliant.

Since schools restarted, I've started working as a supply teacher. But I can still get nanny jobs on days that I'm not working in school, which shows how flexible Blossom Tree is.

It's been such a positive experience with the company and the manager always checks up on me and responds to my email or text swiftly. I'm happy that I joined them. Thank you for everything you've done for me so far!

I worked with other nanny agencies but the owner, Bissy, is the only one who personally took the time to contact me and ask for the type of nanny I was looking for exactly, understand my needs in details, to match with nannies who would work well with the family. Bissy did not take my referees' words for it, but took the time to question me carefully to ascertain for herself my level of childcare knowledge and experience. Bissy is very conscientious and clearly has high standards for who she sends to work with families. At the same time, she is very supportive if nannies and has a great understanding of some of the pressures of the job. I would recommend her highly to both parents and nannies.

There is a lovely Manager named Bissy who has just been the best manager I have ever had! You'll be guided, supported and taken care of by Bissy no matter what time or day of the week it is!

The constant support by making sure that we are doing okay really does make you feel right at home! Excellent communication with roles, you'll never miss out on hearing about what is available!! Regular updates with regards to the latest childcare and government related information.

I have used the nannies from Blossom Tree and they have been absolutely fabulous. They come prepared with a list of activities based on guidance from me and each activity kept my son happily engaged. The activities were varied and included maths, english, origami, baking, painting etc. The nannies I have had, had my son's wellbeing at the forefront of their visit. I will continue to use Blossom Tree whenever the need arises. They are the best!
