Very grey hat tactics in selling a subscription. Then again on cancelling the subscription making it extra difficult.

I found the initial quiz inviting, but . . .

I found the initial quiz inviting, and I enjoyed taking it. Then I realized that fine print had locked me into a recurring membership, and the temporary password I was issued does not open my account. I can't access the quiz results, and it looks like I'm going to have to call customer service to resolve the problem. It's two in the morning, and another chore has been added to my week's task list by a stupid web survey because of the way the company has designed their intake. Gee, thanks, BlossomUp.

I would have put 0 star if I could. Did a test. Was pretty long. Wayyyyuuu longer than expected (said it would be 5mins…but took 15mins), and then tried to charge me for the result and poll.
