I love this product. I'm not very tech savvy so it took me a while to figure out the tech side of things and I got overwhelmed a few times but it was worth sticking with it.

If you need to post on social media but don't enjoy everything that requires then this product is a life saver.

Sabrina is so helpful with issues I have. The office hours, when they were on, were very informative as she told us what she was working on and asking us for features. She is transparent on what she does and helped me with a custom project I had.

My other major reason for a 5 star review is that she is constantly there when you run into issue. The product is built with a great AI support tool already but when it cannot help you get support directly from the application owner herself.
