I purchased Botox bee venom. They claimed it was from Australia but charged US prices. The product arrived with a use by date that had already passed. The product doesn’t work and I have had no reply from them in regards to providing out of date product, I want a refund please. It’s a minus 100 score from me. Don’t waste your money people.
I received the product in a reasonable time but was charged the wrong amount as they charged $48.98 for handling and $9.98 Insurance which I didn’t want. This extra showed on the bill as a minus but wasn’t deducted.
The total was supposed to be $199.94 but ended up costing $259.92
They say they will answer every email but as yet they haven’t and after 3 weeks I have my doubts that they will.

I bought a cream I was overcharged I immediately tried to cancel the transaction, not able to, then they overcharged me and still from the 23 December to today no delivery, which I don’t care, but I do want my money back, as this is not an Australian business this is a Chinese scam company!
