I ordered a hoodie 03/11/2025... it is 18 days already - no reply, no answer, no news, no tracking details... their Contact Page is not working... nothing... I still hope to get it... and yes, after 1 month I will report about them as well to teh appropricate entity.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I placed my order on October 4th, and the company promised delivery within 7–14 business days. It’s now been over a month, and I’ve received absolutely nothing. No tracking details, no order confirmation, no product, no update, not even a proper explanation.
Each time I followed up, I got the same empty response: “I will check with factory” They never do. And now, they either just reply with a "Hello" or keep the messages on Seen. This kind of service shows a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and responsibility.
I’ve now reported them to Abu Dhabi Consumer Protection because they clearly don’t take customer rights seriously.
If a company can’t handle basic communication or deliver a paid order in over 30 days, they have no business operating online.
Save yourself the stress, avoid this company at all costs.
