I would have given it 0 points. Shame on you for the poor service. Appointments are only available on the black market. You can't prevent this, or are you involved? The Spanish embassy and consulate are aware of this. They've received many written complaints. I hope the Spanish authorities stop working with such a poor and incompetent company.
