I've emailed a few times ,but haven't received any response yet. I like the rich tobacco pods,but everytime i buy them i only get a couple hits and the pods no longer work. I buy them from speedway and miller tobacco store. I keep wasting my money just

I have ordered my capsules for my blu device and it has been 5 days and i still didn’t get them as for the shipping company that said it has been a failure and they will send it on Monday but I still didn’t even receive my package the shipment is very bad I mean everytime this happens from now on I won’t order again and as a customer of blu company I feel very bad and mad of what happens

Can’t fault the support given I had a faulty pod bought from a shop and no receipt agent sent a replacement. I love the blu range simple and being a long time smoker needing to stop it’s just what I need

Generally a good experience with BLU.
I really enjoy the taste of FRUTOS DEL BOSQUE in the BLUKIT PODS but the same flavour in the BLU 2.0 is unpleasant and the taste of the liquid from the CAPSULAS 2.0 leak into your mouth...not pleasant ....which is why I only use the BLUEBOX KIT.
I continue to use BLU...good value.
