Unreliable Service! - Find an alternative ISP!

In the past 6 months we've had to call Blu at least 20 times to report problems with our Internet. At least once per week our Internet speed drops from around 7 mbps down to less that 1 mbps which means that we can't use the Internet at all.

I need to work from home which means that each time this happens I have to call Blu, report the problem (again and again), and then find a public place where I can access their wifi in order to work for the day.

Blu has been our Internet Service Provider for 2-3 years and even though we never receive the advertised download speeds, when it's working correctly the download speeds are adequate enough for our Internet needs.

They always say "...they'll make some checks from their end”, and often they fix the problem within 6-8 hour later. However the reason that I’m leaving this review is because the same problem keeps on happening and Blu appear to be doing nothing to try and find a permanent fix to the problem

To summarise, we’re paying for a service that they’re not providing to a high enough standard. Working ‘some of the time’ isn’t good enough and I’m sure they’d agree if their customers decided to pay only ‘some of the time’.

Anyone thinking about using Blu for Internet in Javea, I’d recommend finding an alternative provider. I’ve heard that Movistar, Orange, Vodafone and Telitec provide a more reliable service.

Blu So Easy S.L.

We currently have an Internet connection provided by Blu So Easy S.L. that is advertised as 10MB/s however it is nearly always less 0.5MB/S and rarely above 1MB/s with constant dropouts if it works at all. It is completely offline often and sometimes for days.
We can rarely get through to their 09.30-to-18.00-only support as they simply don't answer, and only occasionally get through to someone by accessing the sales department who then don't do anything to fix the problem.
While trying to get rid of them and reclaim our telephone line we found they have removed our title from the line and that it is registered in the name of a different company making it impossible to change to another provider without changing the phone number.
To change provider it is necessary to provide an invoice to the new provider showing your full telephone number and the current provider but the invoices Blu So Easy S.L. have provided are not from the company it is registered under and do not show the necessary full phone number.
We have also found while trying to resolve this that all of the many phone numbers we have tried for other providers are blocked.
