When a company sends an email stating "everything sitewide is 30%", that means everything!!! I will be reporting Blu Atlas to the Texas Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission! This Labor Day 30% off everything is deceitful as well as False Advertising! Whomever is your advertising or promotional team/person needs to be fired immediately as they do NOT know what they are doing! A company cannot say "Everything" and then have exclusions in small letters at the very bottom, again, False Advertising and I hope Blu Atlas gets fined severely!!! Companies that send deceitful, misleading emails should be put out of business!

I've loved every product that I've used from Blu Atlas and their customer service is the best. Quick responses and quick resolutions. Definitely recommend supporting this company, great products and great support.

Blu Atlas isn’t a good company. Once they get an order from you they will put you on subscription without your permission. And they will bill your credit card without your permission. They don’t have a contact phone number so you can t call them. That should be the first thing you check before doing business with any company. It’s the telltale sign that the company is corrupt. They have an email address which they don’t respond to. Stay far away from Blu Atlas This company is bad! And their products stink, too.

I really LOVE their moisturizer and have been using it now for over two years. However in the last 6-8 weeks I’ve developed a sudden allergic reaction to one of the ingredients. It happened all of a sudden and I have red dry patchy skin all over my face where applied. I’ve stopped using the product and am treating with hydrocortisone for immediate relief. I’m not sure if the formula was recently changed? I love this product but not if it’s going to suddenly cause allergic reactions. We’ll see what happens with no use.

Company jams subscriptions down your throat. Spent an hour trying to cancel a subscription they placed me in.

I had an issue with a subscription and Blu Atlas addressed my concerns and took good care of me. Shout out to Andrew on the support team. I decided to leave a review from the positive experience that I have had. I am leaving 5 stars because Blu Atlas has hit the mark for me in both categories for them to deserve a 5 star review, good quality products in addition to good customer care. Both of those things qualify a company for 5 stars

Low quality product and questionable business practices

Not only is their aftershave super moisturizing and luxe, their customer service matches their top-notch quality. USPS made a mistake with my first order and it returned to vendor and Andrew from Blu Atlas immediately offered me a free replacement, although it was not Blu Atlas’ fault. Andrew was very professional and understanding of what happened and even offered to ship my replacement via a different carrier to avoid the same problems. 5 star quality products and 5 star customer service.

I ordered a product and unfortunately had to ask the customer service for a refund.
The person who helped me was so incredibly nice and polite - hard to come by these days.
There was nothing wrong with the product - it was me. I should’ve done more research and will order from Blu Atlas again, and recommend them.
I was more than satisfied with the results of my experience with Kloe’ @customerservie.

Blu Atlas Restorative Eye Stick does not work. I’ve gone through half the stick and there has been No improvements. When applied, it causes a very small burn sensation and a little tightness, but that’s it. I’ve tried using it once in morning and once at night - no improvements whatsoever. It’s a very overpriced and overhyped under-eye care product. I wish it did work, but it doesn’t and probably nothing out there works except going in for surgery.

Amazing service to go along with amazing products! My package was misplaced, I waited two days with no luck of a package turning up, which I then reached out to the service team. Fast response and friendly approach from the team. Luckily on the 5th day my package turned up and I didn’t need a replacement!

Customer service was top notch. They went above in beyond. Highly recommend and eagerly await their award winning products! 👏 👌 🙌

Blu Atlas is an awesome smelling cologne. It smells really fresh and clean my wife loves it.

Amazing product!
I bought their coconut and apricot conditioner and body wash. Couldn't be more satisfied. The product was exactly what I hoped for and I'm very happy about it!

However, It really sucks that I recieved a custom amount equivelant to $50, which will make me unable to order from them again.

I even did my research on rules and laws, but still couldn't get around the custom taxes.
I recommend Blue Atlas products to all living in the US, but unfortunately not for us outside.
Hopefully they will expand to Europe some time in the future, then I'll be able to use their products.
